Charlie Clark Nissan

I have purchased two vehicles from Charlie Clark brand new. The first was an Armada when they first came out. I had a lot of problems with it that required taking it back at least once a month. The result was always the same, "unable to duplicate problem". Second was an Altima purchased 2 years ago. The transmission recently started making a noise. I took it in and they said it was fine. Knowing the games the maintenance department plays, I took it to McAllen. They will be replacing the bad transmission. I will NEVER buy from Charlie Clark and will warn people who think from buying here. Yes, they were VERY friendly when I bought the cars, but when there is a problem you will not get it fixed here. They will give you the run around till the warranty expires or say the malfunction is somehow your fault. They will do whatever they can to make sure they don't have to fix your car. I'd give no stars if I could. Bottom line - BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

When I needed a vehicle, no one would help me because I was upside down on my trade in vehicle. Charlie Clark Nissan went out of their way to make me a very satisfied customer and I walked away with a new vehicle and a lower monthly payment. They treat you like family here.
