Ripley's Total Car Care

went in today to pick up my van that they told me was done but when i got there it was not finished.
man behind desk totally ignored me he was on the phone and other man walked in office and said he could not help us, we had to wait 10 minutes to be helped because man was on phone. There was also another woman who was waiting they didn't even say be with you in one minute and the other woman stated loudly you just lost my business, and she walked out, the mechanic that heard her say it could not care less, he let a customer walk right out the door.
The people running this place could care less about anyone, they are rude and the mechanic looked like a convict. I will never return here again, and i have lived in the woodlands for 30 years and will
make sure i tell everyone i know not to go here. I will also be contacting main office and i bet they will agree with me.

The work was well done and on time. The service was friendly; I even got a ride home and a ride back when they were finished. They were able to work with me to keep the price down, eschewing any non-critical work, sticking to the original estimate on parts and labor, while providing a high-quality service on my brakes.

This is the place to go if you need work done on your vehicle. These guys did a wonderful job on our jeep so we took our second car in rapidly! They are fast, easy and friendly. They do not gouge thier prices, and can answer any question you have. Great guys here and great service. I highly recommend.

I have not had one unpleasant experience with this shop they are honest and straight forward and if there is a problem they dont handle they will reccomend someone who can. There are not too many shops around that I can so those type of things about. When i take my cars there i know they are in good hands.

Scott knows his business and takes the time to explain in terms you can understand. If you are done taking your vehicle to the dealer and getting the run around, go to Ripley's. They aren't cheap (but do you really want to ride around with repairs done cheaply?), but they are reasonable and honest.

I like to go here for my muffler needs. They have great service. Not to mention great prices. I always return to Ripley's Mufflers since they do such a good job. I tell all my friends and they have all agreed. They also get the job done quick. They even work on my classic cars and I don't trust too many with those.
