yeah i wouldn't every buy from this place again either. they don't know their product and the woman is rude as hell. i bought my first hookah there and when i was looking at it, and i didn't see the bottom stem (that dips into the water) she told me that some hookahs don't need it and that it should be ok. i had no idea about hookahs then and paid the 70 dollars and was on my way. of course im obviously an idiot here too because i didn't research a product that i wanted but come on...she was just waiting to rip me off. I wouldn't reccommend going here to ANYONE. stay away from there...fricken eww man

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! They don't hardly speak English, they don't know their product and they are RUDE! When my favorite brand of clove cigarettes appeared to be suddenly discontinued (Djarum "Black"), the owner told me that they'd been "disconnected," and that she had this other type by Djarum called, "Super Smooths." However, she couldn't tell me the difference between the "Black" I like and the Super Smooths. Minutes after the purchase, when I discovered that Super Smooth is just a plain, non-clove cigarette, I called her up to let her know the difference, and find out if she had anything else available in clove. (My tone was friendly.) Before I could finish, she rudely told me she doesn't care about the difference and that she was busy. Then she hung up on me! Silly me, I thought she might want to be more knowledgeable to her clientele... I will go to the Smoke City on Collins at Green Oaks from now on. They're polite, helpful, knowledgeable and they speak English!

The place is small, but is well stocked. The counter help is so friendly and eager to get you exactly what you want and encourages to shop around. There are many other interesting things in this store. The misty lighted accent pieces are very charming. And the car air fresheners are unique. You never know what you may find, The prices are very good compaired to general stores.
