I have lived here for 4 years. The apartments used to be nice and well maintained, but not so much anymore. The office staff is NEVER in the office so forget getting packages on time. The units have gone way down hill. The regional manager came down to address problems over 8 months ago, and the issues are still not fixed... broken railings, huge pot holes, motor oil in the swimming pool, loud noisy neighbors partying from 2:30 - 5 am in the parking lot. You might say a few bucks... but you will get what you pay. The neighbor beneath me smokes, and I can smell the smoke in my unit. Yuck!

These apartments are really nice. The price of them are really reasonable and they are well maintained!! The staff are really nice and are there if you need anything.

These apartments are reasonably priced and well maintained. Some of them are on the water. They have nice floorplans and are minutes away from the main highway (though not too close to be a nuisance.)
They're surrounded by several other nice apartment complexes, too.
The staff is friendly and very willing to help if your apartment has a problem.

Edge Lake Apartments has a professional and friendly administrative staff (Amanda/Amy) that go out of there way to ensure your move-in is comfortable and easy. Even after you move-in the staff answers all your questions that you may have and follow thru with any questions they could not answer right there.
The maintenance department (Tim) goes out of his way to ensure all inquires or complaints are reconciled and to your approval before and after move-in.
Edge Lake Apartments also have friendly and courtesies tenants and has a safe environment to live in.
Pros: Service and parking
Cons: No fire sprinkler system
