I showed up with my crapolla Nissan Altima, the side mirror had been knocked mostly off. Even though they were closing (may even have just closed and forgot to lock the door) someone came out, looked at it and was able to quickly disconnect the wiring so the mirror wouldn't dangle off the side of my car. Then the service guy says to me, "I'm in business to make money, but if you can tighten three screws you could save a lot and do this yourself." Then he explained how simply I could just re-attach the mirror and told me to save the money and come back when I had something that needed more work. I will.

Customer service was great. Price for buyer inspection was decent. Quote for service was pretty high, went elsewhere for better price.

Everyone was extremely helpful, courteous, and friendly. The job was done in less than half an hour! I was extremely pleased, and would certainly recommend you and use your services again, if necessary

I just wanted to thank you for your help and your "unheard of now-a-days" customer service. I was really in a jam in San Antonio when my Honda would not get into gear. I was preoccupied with work and upset that the repair I thought was fixed the week before was back. That you volunteered to drive to San Antonio to remedy the problem surprised me immensely. I will gladly refer customers to you at my every opportunity because your reputation and integrity with me are solid.

Thanks for being the only mechanic we have ever known who was worth sticking with. We really appreciated your assistance when we got the new Honda. It has been a fantastic car. By the way, we went back to Performance Products and got a magnetic belt for the oil filter. Since basically nothing seems to go wrong so far with this car, we'll see you just as soon as the odometer hits the next check point.
