4 Stars: air condtioning (by anne c.)

These people are always on time which I like because I do not like to sit at home and wait. They also spend a great deal of time checking everything.

4 Stars: Overall A Good Experience (by Jason D.)

I got home Friday evening, mid June to an 87 degree house. I called the number at 8:00p.m. and spoke to Randy who was pleasant and stated he could have someone at my home between 8 and 11 the next morning and that he would call me back within the hour to give me a more exact time. I did not get a call back.At 7:45 a.m. Saturday I called and left a voicemail on the system that stated a manager would call back within 15 minutes. I began to get worried and started researching other companies. At 8:30 I called back and after a wait on hold spoke to someone who knew my last name after I stated my first and was very apologetic and stated they had some problems but someone had already been dispatched to my home. Casey arrived at my home by 8:45 and was apologetic for the confusion, courteous and professional. The work was done quickly, and at a price I felt was fair. They charge a set, pre-determined and explained price for the visit and the cost of work done was given to me in writing before starting and was per a written company wide schedule the technician had. He explained the warranty before he left and offered me information on a service contract but did not pressure me into buying it.

5 Stars: Not on time -- BUT they called ahead (by John E.)

I'd rather someone call and say they are running behind than just to show up any old time. One Hour Air Conditioning made up for it by doing excellent work, taking a LOT of extra time to explain all the facets of an old system, and stayed longer than I expected, and all of the work was done for the quoted flat rate of $99. The tech arrived within the window, which was late in the day, and was still there at 7:30pm. Well worth it; I highly recommend the service.

1 Stars: On Time or Not A Dime? Only if they make it!!!!! (by anjinho8)

Well I don't usually write reviews bc I feel that people should voice their complaints to the companies, but this situation needs to be known. This company promotes that they will not charge you a dime if they are not on time, but when they couldn't make it on time, they called an said that they weren't going to be able to service my home. If anyone out there is a working stiff, you know what it takes to take time out of your day and stick around your house.... not to mention the AC isn't working!!!!!! So I just hope I save someone out there the same experience.

1 Stars: YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR - BAD SERVICE (by scionfreak)

ONE HOUR IF YOU WANT TO PAY THE PRICE - Where are they when you really need them, like on the weekends and late at night. A cheap price gets you a cheap price but no service.
