I had the worst experience with this company. They charged my insurance company for the work they never performed. This company does not have any business ethics at all. Never use this company. Check out BBB for the other complaints against this company

Left nails in the driveway. Customer service is great in the beginning but does not exist after you get traped in. Roof leaks on every rain. I would not even think twice about using them.

The roof looks great, but we have had 2 different leaks. Both involved the cheap coverings they put over the vents on the roof. The first leak started a couple of months after the new roof was in place. They came out and fixed it, no problem, no damage to the house. The second one started a 1-2 years after the repair, but took several months to determine it was coming from the dryer vent. They came back out and replaced the dryer vent covering and used silicon around vent at the roof. The problem is, this had done extensive damage in my laundry room wall and dryer vent is clogged. This they won't repair because it is now passed the 2 year warrenty. They also don't leave a repair sheet behind to document their work so you have evidence against them!
Don't bother with them. Now I worry if the other vents are leaking and we just haven't discovered them, yet.

Bold Roofing has done some work around my neighborhood, and the finished results look great. However, someone at the company apparently decided I need a new roof, and for about three months someone came by at least twice a week. After the first couple of hard sales pitches, I stopped answering the door. The Bold rep would literally pound on the door so hard it sounded like someone was trying to break in. One guy even walked through a flower bed to peer in my windows to see if anyone was home. After the reps left, I'd find handfuls of Bold flyers and business cards on my porch. Bold may be the best roofing company in Dallas, but I will never hire them because of their overly aggressive sales tactics.

I had a great experience with Bold Roofing. When you need a new roof it can be exhausting dealing with the insurance company AND find a roofer you can trust and have faith that they will do a good job. I was very pleased to have been referred to Bold Roofing, the gentleman came out, looked at our roof and was very helpful in answering all my questions. The gentleman from Bold was able to come to the meeting with the insurance adjustor and they got on the roof together and I was so grateful I didn't have to be involved in that process. Bold Roofing made my problem of a bad roof such a painless experience, I have recommended the company to several people!

I had a wonderful experience with Bold Roofing. I called them because so many of my neighbors were pleased with their work. The young man that helped me was able to get my roof approved after it previously denied. He really went to bat for us. I have a brand new roof that looks lovely with no problems. I recommend them to all my friends.

It's raining and our roof is leaking AGAIN. The same spot has been "fixed" 3 times before. Another spot leaked so bad that there's a dark stain through the sheetrock. Bold Roofing said that they would "paint over" the stain. That was almost a year ago when we were writing the check to pay for it. We would never recommend this company.
