I purchased a new heater from this company 2 years ago and it is running great. In fact, I needed the winter check up and they came today-on a SATURDAY-with no problem. They were even EARLY for the appointment (they did call to check and see if early was okay!!)-Price of the service call was reasonable-better than my other appliance check up costs!!Best part-no extra charge for a weekend call. They are prompt about returning phone calls and always polite.
