Here at U Dirty Dog we try very hard to attend to your needs as well as your pets. We have recently lost our front end manager and now are getting back on our feet again. The owner Vinny will be there every day to attend to customers and their pets. Vinny is in the process of hiring and new bather and an additional groomer.Feel free to stop in and say hello as well as looking at the facility.
I have been taking my large dog there for a couple of years now, and she loves them as much as I do. I forget to make an apt sometimes and they do there best to fit me in on a busy day or when they have time. I have most of my pet lover friends going now too, very laid back atmosphere, Vinny, the owner, ALWAYS knows me by name and I like that. Cheapr than most in town and they do wonderfull work, and truly care about the animal. Its not just a job to them.

I've used them 4 times. Never had to make an appointment.
They were always very accomodating to my busy schedule.
My dog always was bathed and groomed very well and they called me on my cell as soon as he was done!

The worst grooming experience that I have ever had! Do not waste your time or money.
This place overbooks and in turn offers poor quality grooming. My dog was scheduled to be groomed at noon but when we came to check on her at 4:30 pm she was just started. So my dog was placed in a kennel for over 4 hours for no reason other than their greed. My dog was not trimmed well, smelled awful after the 'perfume' (good groomers do not use perfume to mask their incompetence) that they used wore off and was traumitized from being in a kennel all day.
When I called the groomer on this, she would not recommend any solution or offer any apologies. She then had the owner/manager call me. He proceed to argue everything. No solution, no apologies and even hung up on me. How is that for customer service?
Not sure what is worse...Unsatisfactory grooming or poor customer service.

We found this dog grooming place recently and were very pleased. It takes walk-ins Tues-Sun until 4pm and Monday by appointment only. They were a little more pricey than some of the other places, but the convenience of being able to walk-in was terrific!!
