I been shoppin for new car for almost six months and visited over 10 dealership when I come across the super deals at Clay Cooley Suzuki dealership. Brad who took care of us was honest and caring. He and the rest of the team there know that customer service satisfaction is crucial and they delivered it. Bravo!
The finance department at Clay Cooley Suzuki gave me an outstanding interest rate and even better than that was manageable monthly payments. The service I received was first-rate and I didn??t feel rushed or taken advantage of. Bottom line is that Clay Cooley works hard for your business and values you as a person and as a customer. My overall encounter at Clay Cooley was remarkable and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. Oh and I just loooove my new Suzuki SX4 just like they said I would!
Scott Newman is an excellent representative of the Clay Cooley Suzuki dealership! He was entirely helpful and offered respectful, thoughtful, and personal customer service. He patiently answered mother my questions and walked me through the process much like I imagine he would want his to be treated.

I just took delivery of my new Suzuki Kizashi from Clay Cooley Suzuki in Dallas, Texas, and I am very happy! I got a great deal, they treated me well, and they even went to another city to get the exact car I wanted! Further, they were able to help me and my wife with our credit, and that was a huge benefit. I had been all over town looking for a car, and a loan, and no one seemed to want to help me. Brad at Clay Cooley is the one to talk to.

I just got my new Yukon at Clay Cooley Buick GMC in Dallas and I am very happy! Peter did a great job of helping me get to a payment I could afford for a Yukon that I wanted. I got an extended warranty and coverage for my tires which provides me peace of mind as I travel to Louisiana regularly to visit my grandchildren. Had an amazingly good experience at Clay Cooley Buick GMC. My wife saw the new Buick LaCrosse a few weeks ago on the TV and she knew that was her new car. Until she went to all of the different dealers in town trying to get a deal!! Ha! Not happening!
We had a friend at church who bought a new Suzuki from Clay Cooley in Arlington, and they told us about the great treatment they got there and the incredible deal they got also! And it turns out that they have a Buick GMC store so that is how we wound up there.
Needless to say, we got a killer deal on the new LaCrosse and could not be happier! Thanks to the team there who treated us so kindly and really went the extra mile to help us get the exact car she wanted! Superlative work!

clay cooley is a rip off. he took advantage of my son and myself with lies and telling us that the car was his but as soon as he put the money down they wanted the car back. when they apparently knew the deal was not a solid deal.

I was suprised to see a Clay Cooley in my neighborhood...it's a great place to purchase a vehicle if you have some credit score issues. They will work with you and get you into the car YOU want.

We originally purchased a car from Cooley Suzuki in Dallas in 2006 and every time I have stopped in, our salesman was so happy to see us and answer questions I had. I recently put out a request for a quote on a 2010 Suzuki Equator Sport online and this dealership was also the first and only one that replied back with quotes. I went in to look at the truck and was immediately sold. The color was exactly what i wanted, it's fully loaded and has long bed, which is what I was hoping to find. I suggest them to anyone shopping for a good deal on a nice car and truck and will definitely be back for my next vehicle purchase.

Last week I bought a Suzuki Grand Vitara XSport at Clay Cooley Motors. My purchase experience was great, which pleasantly surprised me. I found the sales people I talked to went over and above to help me and they were true to their word. I did not feel like they were trying to pull something over on me. They had a good selection of cars, so I was able to get the features that I wanted on my new car. That was great, because I really did not want to settle for something less. I will definitely recommend this dealership to my friends.

This dealership made all the difference for me and my wife and kids. I've been all over Texas trying to buy a reliable car for my new job. We moved here from California due to the recession and economy issues. Not long after we got here, I was laid off my new job here in Dallas Texas and my car was stolen!
As I went from dealership to dealership, I kept being told no I could not get a car loan. Or if I could, I would have to have thousands of dollars down. Which, frankly, who has that now a' days? Not me that is for sure. I was resigned to buying a cheap car for cash, which I did. It lasted a whole of 17 days before the water pump went out and the motor locked up.
Clay Cooley's team helped me get a NEW CAR! Warranty and all! So now I can actually get to work and feed my family! Thank you so very much Clay Cooley for helping me and my family survive!
