Our restaurants feature fresh, wholesome foods with pride of the concept showcased on two 55-foot salad bars. Our salad offerings include 3 fresh-tossed salads prepared exhibition-style as well as a large assortment of fresh cut produce, dressings and toppings together with several signature prepared salads. In addition to great salads, we are proud to serve our made-from-scratch soups, hot pasta, a variety of freshly baked muffins, pizza focaccia and other breads, plus a dessert bar centered around a frozen yogurt station with toppings complemented by fresh fruits and puddings. A weekly rotation of our menu items creates an even greater variety for our guests.

They really have good specialty salads and the salad bar has a decent selection. Their soup and pasta bar is top notch the chicken tortilla soup is to die for! Great Salad Varieties, Love the Chuncky Chicken noodle soup, and they have awesome muffins. I love the differnet themes they do each month, such as fruits, food types (mexican, italian, etc.). The only bad things I have found are the following... I think they should have one side of the salad bar for when you first walk in and get your salad and the other for people who want to get more (Buffet). I usually don't go back for more because of the hassle of getting around people who just arrived. 2nd, In the evenings I think after 6pm they should help seat the customers. 3rd, I think the new cost for the drinks is real high, so I usually get water.
