Dr. Morgan was my dentist for years, until I took my son (who was about 10 yrs old at the time) to see him and he got impatient with my son because my son was a little apprehensive about having a tooth pulled. Dr. Morgan gave up rather quickly and refused to do anything with him. Around this same time, his office was having issues dealing with years of poorly managed records and I got billed hundreds of dollars for a procedure that had been done a couple of years prior - a procedure the insurance company had already paid him for. Rather than an apology, I got a nasty letter from him defending his staff and accusing me of not answering billing statements!

Dr. Morgan is a great dentist. He worked on my son's and I and they both thought he was great. He works with my insurance and recommended treatment for my son's that would prevent future problems which I appreciated. We will definitely become long time patients of his and recommend him to all those we know...

After visiting many dentists over the years I have finally found a professional dentist that I can highly recommend. I always feel like any work perfromed is necessary and done right the first time. Dr. Morgan seems far more knowledgable and skilled than other dentist I have used in the past. He is gentle and caring and his work is exceptional.

Does good work but I think his rates are much higher than other doctors around town. Recently my wife had two fillings done and he charged me $450.00. I thought $225.00 for a simple filling was a bit much and I complained. I spoke to the person in charge of billing who said she would talk to Dr. Morgan and call me back. She never called back so I called a week later. She stated that the Dr. would not budge on his rate and stated that the Dr. charges what other doctors with his experience and accreditations charge. What can we do, such is the cost of health care these days.

Our family has been seeing Dr Morgan for 5 years now with little problems, but all of a sudden he decided he did not want to see our children anymore. He also always finds something in need of repair every time you go. I have been very satisfied with his hygienist til she quit over a difference of opinion from him...now I do not blame her. He has changed personally and his staff has too. Not that friendly anymore, getting more expensive and not wanting to deal with children in his practice has made us think about leaving.
PROS: state of the art equipment, immaculately clean office
CONS: watching inappropriate TV shows while working on children in the chair
