My wife and I have never had such a stressful and horrible experience when purchasing a new OR used car. To avoid going in to all the details, I'll just say that while we feel that we got a great deal (price), we will never purchase another vehicle from this dealership.

Don't go to their services. I had bad experience with them. They were dishonest with me. I like Lexus cars, but I was so surprised to know that Park Place Lexus in Plano didn't want to treat their customers right.

They withhold vital information from customers with regards to purchasing a certified used or none certified used vehicle. Ex. They will advertise that the vehicle is certified however, sale you the vehicle as a non certified vehicle. So you think you are negotiating the price and what you are really negotiating is whether or not the vehicle is certified or not. Talk about being swindled the sales representatives at Park Place Lexus in Plano Texas have master degrees with regards to deception. I will never ever purchase a vehicle from a dealership with the name Park Place Lexus. I would prefer to try my luck at SEWELL Lexus.

Also Do not ever try to talk and go through "SINA"..he is really a waste.There are so many other shops around PRESTON AREA for LEXUS service. Again Waste Waste Waste.. I would not even buy my next car though i love LEXUS

I bought a car here two years ago and have been happy with the service and attention to customer satisfaction that they strive for. They've always done a good job with service and the free loan car that I get is a huge help. I'm not sure why some people have experienced difficulties getting a loan car but I've never had any issues.
On the down side, their parts department lacks knowledge and their prices are easily beat by Sewell.

We purchased two cars from Park Place Lexus. We were more than happy for the first year. Suddenly, their policies changed (even thought they claim they were always the same). No car washes if you have not needed service for a certain length of time, higher service costs, no loan cars unless specific parameters are met. We understand that business builds to the point that some perks can't be promised anymore but those of us who were promised them at purchase should be grandfathered in. Prices they give you are not accurate for service -- beware they will be higher when you pick up!

Three family members have purchased Lexus cars from Lexus Park Place and have found them to be competitive in price. They also provide friendly, quality service after purchase.

Park Place is Changing its Policies

I have been coming to Park Place for years and have recommended it to others. However, today, I had to get back in my car and drive away from my scheduled appointment. They recently raised their prices for service and didn't tell me when I scheduled the appointment; and, to top it off, they have changed their policy on loan cars (even though the person who scheduled my appointment this morning asked if I needed one and didn't advise otherwise when I said "yes"). Now they won't give a loan car if the service is expected to take less than 1.5 hours. The service advisor was rude - he tried to make it sound as if it has always been this way. Most people I know who own a Lexus - including me up until this point - say they will buy one again, mainly because Lexus differentiates itself in customer service. Not anymore!!!

If you are looking for a Lexus Car, this dealership has great service. We just brought a Lexus from them last year. As any dealership goes, you will have to negotiate to get the best price. If you purchase the car from them, you will get free car washes for the life of the car. Also, if you get your service done here, they will give you a free rental car. As always, there are plenty of drinks and coffee.

quality is definitely something you pay for and that is definitly what you get while I found that the care wad definitely out of my range i will definitly come back when i can afford this car as it was a delight to shop here
