Terry Ulrich Jewelers

This independently owned jewelery store has been at its present location at Parker and Independence in Plano for many years. My encounter with Mr. Ulrich wasn't very pleasant. He made me feel like I'd brought him a piece of "junk" to repair. This jewelry store definitely caters to the upper-end in jewelry. I was not impressed at all with customer service.
