Zales The Diamond Store

I've recently had occassion to look through many stores for a keepsake class ring. I was very happy with the selection and service I got at Zales. Their prices were very competitive, and on many things, cheaper than most other stores. The staff was also friendly and cheery, and patient enough to give you time to decide.

My boyfriend and I went ring shopping and we definately shopped around. Zales had this beautful ring that was 40% off (Valentine's Day). The sales lady was so helpful and friendly. The ring was beautiful but it had lost a stone. I took it back in and the same lady was very sweet and helped me in getting a brand new ring (i did buy the warranty on the ring). Whenever I pass by the store in the mall, the same lady always says hello and calls me by my first name. Now THAT'S customer service!

PROS: Wonderful staff - beautiful jewelery!
CONS: none.

This store has beautiful jewelry at affordable prices. Very helpful sales people in a great location. If I ever need jewelry I stop first at this store.
