OMG!! Horrible service, had to send in an email to Corp to comment about the bad service they provide. I've come here once twice due to bad service. This last time we went was the worst ever, I'm so glad I go my money back from Corp they sent us a GC of 100.00 dollars and believe me I will not be coming to OG to spend it.. I will rather go to other places to spend my money. The waitress forgot our drinks, mixed our food and finally she left before us and nobody come to our table to tells that she was gone. 20min went by waiting to pay our bill or for a refill and she was MIA. Till we talked to the manager and what he said is that he wasn't aware of it.. Horrible service will not go ever again...

If you go at Dinner time, it is busy, more exspensive and the service is good. If you go at lunch, it gets busy, but the service is very slow. Food is very good, hot and fresh.

This is a great option for a family dinner, first date, etc. It isn't too fancy, but it is great food for a reasonable price. Since it is in Addison, there is a wait almost every time I go, but that's always a good sign!
