5 Stars: LAWDHAMMERCY (by T C.)

What can I say! I am a native New Orleanean but have resided in Dallas, TX for quite a few years. A friend of mine took me to visit when I was in Houston and man, the food was delicious. I had the Crawfish Etouffe with rice and Cajun Corn on the side. First of all my eyes were bigger than my mouth, the dinner portion size was unbelievable. I've been craving the taste of home (N.O.) for quite some time, we don't have any restaurant's of this type in Dallas except for Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchen and Razoo's, but they are no comparison. Anyway, the portion size is very generous for the price and the prices are very reasonable. I believe they have lunch and dinner portions. There are so many choices, you can easily be swayed from what you may have intended to get. And finally, the food is absolutely delicious. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone experienced in Cajun Cuisine. Loved it. Can't wait to go back.

4 Stars: dinning at Cajun Town Cafe for lunch (by Jeff D.)

I am very please to give Cajun Town Cafe a 9 on a scale of 1 out of 10 for the quality of their food. Although my lunch was the fryed oyster poboy with fries. I saw some of the other dishes my fellow patron were eating. My poboy was wonderful and I have alway loved fried oysters and especially oyster poboys. I was in heaven and will return again and again. I will be sure to try other dishes on the next trip to cajun Town Cafe.
