Pep Boys

Took my car in because the starter went out...these guys got on it right away and the cost was very reasonable. I knew I needed more work done and had gotten a diagnostic done elsewhere for an estimate around $700...so since I was there I asked them what they could do it for and was very surprised when they quoted me $400. Again, they got right to work on it and fixed it. Bottom line...they are Very competitive and they do very good work! It didn't hurt that all of them were also very friendly...it just seemed like they all liked their jobs and were happy to be there! Their stalls were nearly full as well but they moved things along very nicely.Their chairs in the waiting room aren't very comfy but it was okay because I didn't have to wait very long.
