the equiptment is old and if you weigh more then 110lbs there is a fear its going to break. they harrass their clients into signing contracts even tho they offer a month to month plan. i transfered to the Frisco location after only two months and have had nothing but good things to say about my choice

I don't like high pitches sales routines. And esspecially when it is being preformed on me. I tend to get annoyed by them and want to bail. This happened to me at this 24 hour fitness. They call and harass you at your home to the point where you feel like you are being stocked. They send you junk mail and when you go in, they harass you into signing a contract. Poor service!

I didn't have a very good experience with this 24 Hour Fitness location. I did a transfer from the Carrollton location, and for some reason the Lewisville location did not complete the transfer properly. Therefore, I got stopped everytime I came in, instead of being able to walk right in and start my work out. Everyday, I'd have to explain my story... and it got really old. This location is also on Main St. which is usually pretty busy and they don't have as many machines as other locations. They also have older equipment. They do have a pool, but you have to pay more since it is considered a "Sport" location, even if you don't take advantage of the benefits.
