A little pricey (about $60 for a women's cut and blowdry) but the staff is constantly attending Aveda seminars and shows for the latest techniques. My most recent haircut lasted weeks longer than most thanks to a new cutting process.
Very highly recommended for salon services (cut, color, etc) but I have not had a chance to try their spa services yet. Will let you know when I do!

PROS: Great service, friendly people
CONS: Not for those on a strict budget

I scheduled a 30 minute massage with Tiffany, and a mani/pedicure. The massage seemed much longer and included this manuver with a hot towel that I've never had before. Some places try too hard for "atmosphere" and just come across as uncomfortable and foriegn. Jonas Salon was relaxing and friendly. There was a comfortable banter during the mani/pedicure, and a delicious tea was served. It wasn't a bargain, but I will probably go back. I would recommend them.
