Chelsea Lane Children's Btq

Very rude staff! I have been there a few times and love their clothes but refuse to shop there b/c the owner and her staff is so rude! I love OPAJ and Ella Bella where the owner and staff are nice and actually act like they're happy you're shopping there.

I have been to many boutique type stores for my little girl, and this one by far is the best I've shopped. Not only are the clothes cute, they had her small size. I was also pleasantly surprised by their huge gift selection for new borns. I picked up two shower gifts as cute as could be and got them monogrammed there too. Great experience. I'm going back.

Chelsea Lane is the BEST children's store in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. They have an excellent selection of clothes for both boys and girls. Their play area is out of this world and even includes a Merry Go Round. I have found the staff to be incredibly helpful and very friendly. I shop many up scale stores and this one can hold it's own against any of them. I love the gift wrapping and can always run in to get a gift or something for my children at any time. You'll be impressed!

Chelsea Lane is THE premiere children's boutique in NE Tarrant County. They have an excellent play area for kids, including a merry-go-round. The staff let my daughter ride for free because she behaved so well and tried on clothes without complaining. They have the best selections of clothing for girls and boys (which is hard to find). If you can't find something, you don't know what you're looking for. Plus, the selection of hair accessories is out of this world! They even gift wrap for FREE. You don't get that kind of service anyplace anymore. I wouldn't shop anyplace else.

I went into Chelsea lane to shop for my two girls. I always shop in boutiques for their clothes, but this particular one didn't have near the selection and the prices were much higher than others I have shopped. My kids were playing in the "play area" but kept getting rude looks from the ladies working there. The ladies running this place are extremely rude. So, I went next door to Opaj and found excellent treatment and great prices. I will go there from now on!

I am an artist/interior decorator that recently went in Chelsea Lane to look at some kids decor for some clients. The 2 ladies that were there that day (particularly the long haired one) was EXTREMELY rude & treated me like I was "beneath" them. They literally accused me of potentially trying to "copy them" & pretty much ran me out of the store. I did not know them from Adam nor do I copy people. This type of treatment was totally uncalled for & ridiculous. I will never ever be back.

I went into Chelsea Lane over the weekend to buy my daughter a new outfit for the first day of school. They staff her extremely rude. When I asked for a specific size, I was told there was no way my daughter could wear that. When I purchased a shirt the woman refused to put it in a bag because it was on sale. I couldn't believe the way I was treated.

I went next door to another children's boutique and they were very helpful. We has just moved to town and I was excited to find such a cute store, but I will never shop there again. The staff was very rude.

I like to stop in to brouse but rarely buy. Very cute clothes for girls but mark-downs are few and far between. Clean, beautiful new store but the prices are just too high.

This is a great place for your little girl. They have the most beutiful items there. They make each child feel like a princess, and they have the most unique styles.
