Cat Connection

I had a friend who went here and really loved it. I've been here a few times to get food for our kitten and have a few questions since we are new to the "nicer" cat food. Both times I've asked pretty basic questions and it was like it was an inconvience to spend 2 minutes of his time to help a customer that is going to buy $50 worth of food. I keep going there because of their product selection, but maybe it's time to find another place.

When we adopted our feline child about 3 years ago, unfortunately we knew nothing about caring for a cat (how hard could it be, right??).

Well... after doing hours of research on food (among other things), we found only a few places that offered the premium foods that our research had indicated was the best. Luckily, we tried the Cat Connection (admittedly because of the name!) and I AM SO GLAD WE DID!!

Every time we walk into the store, we learn something! We have truly never been disappointed by the knowledge or friendliness of the staff (the owners are the ones to talk to, and at least one is there every time we go). They consistently go above and beyond to make sure we get the best products for our kitty.

We did board our baby there last year over the Holidays, and again- great experience. Unfortunately, our kitty is not used to new people & surroundings, so it definitely took some getting used to for him, but we were so happy with the attention they paid to him (and us- they called us every now and then to update us on how he was doing!!).

There are other places you can probably find the items less expensive, but because they have been so good to us, I cannot justify going elsewhere. Thanks, Cat Connection!!

When I first stumbled across Cat Connection, I was excited to find a place that claimed to cater to the cat lover and their companion. However, I quickly realized they not only disrespected their customers, but also had no genuine compassion for these animals. If you dare ask them for their opinion or expertise on a product they offer, they act as though they are being extremely inconvienced and are totally void of knowledge.

When dealing with the actual cats, they make no attempt to individualize service or act in any way that would be expected from a cat speciality store. They refuse to groom a male cat because of the simple fact that his reproductive organs are still intact. They do not take into account that this does not affect his temperment and when compared to most older, neutered males my unfixed male is exceptionally dosile and well trained.

Save your time and money and go somewhere else!!

I often go this place for glooming for my cat. The workers are very nice and take good care of cats, so I can tell my cat really enjoys glooming there. The price is very good compared to other competitive stores and they have a lot of items for pets. Also if you want to adopt cat, you can ask for it to them.

This is where my sister takes her cat for grooming and I have been with her many times. I'm always impressed by the cleanliness of the store and how well the cats are treated. If you have a cat, check it out. If you want to adopt a cat or have any questions about becoming a cat owner, these are the people to see.

My poor cat is scared of most people. She always goes and hides when people come to my house. She is very long hair with to many mats for me to get out, and it just kept getting worse. So I talked to these people about how me and my cat felt. So they said to make it easier for her, They could give her a little sleeping gas. Well, she did not know where her hair went. They were so kind and gentle with her. I will always come here for my cats needs.

I take my cat here for grooming and they are the best. She gets it all--massage, shampoo, trim, ear cleaning, and drying for one price. She always comes home happy, not stressed out. They also have great items you can't find at the bigger stores. And they have employees who are very knowledgeable about cat nutrition, and you can get samples of cat food.

I like that they give you a report card for your cat that tells you what she got and how she did. The people are really nice and care about cats.

Drop by if you are looking for a cat to adopt. They usually have one cat to adopt on-site.
