Office Depot

If you are looking for customer service this is not the place to go. As I walked in I was greeted, but then the associate quickly turned her head as I tried to ask a question. I approached her to ask for help and she told me to go find the guy in the back who had on a shirt like hers. When I tried to find "the guy in the back" he was unavailable. I decided to leave the store and go somewhere else where the staff was more helpful.

I went to this store to return some items I had been over-sold at another Office Depot location because it is close to my office and convenient. When I went to the counter, the manager was at the register - on the phone. There were no other registers open, so I waited... for almost 10 minutes. When she finally hung up and I told her I needed to return the items, she rudely asked why I didn't go back to the other store because she didn't want the return on her books.

The lack of customer service from the store manager was appalling - will not return and will not recommend this store to anyone.

CONS: very rude manager

Office Depo has everything you need to supply your office or home office with the latest new supplies. They carry Pens, paper, computers, printers, office furniture and they even have there own printing store inside.
You can have anything printed up from Business Cards, Stationary, to flyers. The Customer Service isn't that great, but the selection of merchandise is great.
