Reiter Todd Od - Eyecare Plus

I can't say enough in 5000 characters here but I'll try...grossly unprofessional, and should not be licensed. (1) Made me wait for over an hour because they lost my insurance info & had to resubmit everything, then said I had to reschedule the appointment for another time! (2) Dr tried to give me a used, dirty lens case for my lenses during the exam (3) Dr gave me the wrong RX, then tried to blame me for not bringing it to their attention; though discounted me when I told him it was blurry (4) Dr was rude & smelled like nasty, old sweat (5) They later lost my entire file & RX--to this day, it can't be found. (6) Egregiously incompetent staff constantly loses everything (7) Technologically challenged facility--can't even receive faxes or call long distance cell phones. Run as fast as you can away from this. Unless you're the BBB or health inspector.

Morris D. Reiter was a rude, sarcastic, condescending, disrespectful, and a very unprofessional doctor. It was absolutely the most horrific experience with an eye doctor I have ever had.

The most unprofessional establishment I have ever had the displeasure to go in to. Forget receiving a state of the art eye exam, their equipment is as ancient as he is. Also, if you are from out of state, you have to call them back, because they don't even have long distance phone service. How lame is that! The doctor, Morris D. Reiter is a horrible, condescending jerk who treats his patients and staff like dirt.
