He arrived on time and was pleasant and professional. Our 6 year old cream carpet looked awful prior to cleaning but excellent afterwards. I could not be happier with the results and plan to use him again.

Mr. Harper showed up on time, was extremely professional and most importantly made a very dirty carpet look brand new. I have two dogs that track lots of dirt and shed constantly. I thought I was going to have to purchase new carpets but after using Harper Carpet Care I no longer need to. Anyone needing there carpets cleaned Mr. Harper is the man for the job. His prices are cheaper than everyone else?s and the job he does is better than every other carpet cleaning service I have ever used.

Harley was very professional and knowledgeable about our carpets, rugs and upholstery. He was on time and did a good job. I found his carpet cleaning prices very reasonable. The price to clean upholstery and rugs seemed high, but to be honest I did not compare prices on rugs/upholstery beforehand -- so this may be unfair. I can say that if I had an expensive rug/piece of furniture I would definitely trust him to handle properly.

Harley was able to bring some newness back to my badly stained carpeting. It was a pleasure to work with him. He was very flexible with scheduling and showed up early. He was detail oriented and cleaned my carpeting for a very reasonable rate. In addition it was very nice doing business with a business owner who actually does their own work. I will definitely calll him back when I need my carpets cleaned again.

After reading the reviews for Harper Carpet Care I figured I would give them a try. Harley was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and his focus on customer service was refreshing. I had doubts that he would be able to remove the stains in my carpet because they have been there for a very long time and other carpet cleaning companies were unable to remove them. Harley removed those stains and my carpet looks brand new! I will be using Harper Carpet Care again in 6 months.

I thought I was going to have to get new carpet. I saw Harper Carpet cleanings truck on the road this morning and called the number. Mr. Harper answered the phone immediately, was polite, and scheduled the appt for tonight. I was so happy that he was able to come to my house right away since I am having a pampered chef party this weekend and was worried I would have to wait. I could not believe what a great job he did! My carpet looks brand new. Now I do not even have to get new carpet. I just cannot believe it! I wish I could upload pictures. His price was about half of what the company i called yesterday quoted me and they said they would not be able to get certain stains out. The other company also told me I would have to wait two weeks for the next appt.. Mr Harper got out three gum peices off the floor that have been there for a year and you cannot even tell they were ever there. They were literally black before he got there. He also got a big plant stain off the floor which I thought would never come out since I have put all types of stuff on it and nothing has worked. It is vanished. He was also nice enough to help me move some of the furniture out of the room since my son was at work. He was professional, courteous and on time. In fact he waited for me to get home since I was running late and still had a smile when I showed up late. I cannot recommend him highly enough. I am so pleased that I do not have to spend $1000s on new carpet. I am shocked and VERY happy.

I have been using Harley for a long time now. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone. I feel that he does a much better job than Stanley Steamer which I felt there was noone better than Stanley Steamer.

Once you use Harley, you will "never" use anyone else.

He is the one and only carpet cleaner.

I called Harper Carpet Care on short notice and they were able to come out the very next morning. I was in desperate need of several services and Harley was able to handle all of different repairs and cleaning needs that I had. He cleaned my entire home and patched several spots that my cat had torn up. I also needed two rooms stretched upstairs and he handled that problem with ease. Believe it or not I even had him clean my sofa and four dinning room chairs and they all came out looking wonderful!

This guy is the real deal and is the most knowledgable carpet guy that I have ever found. I would recommend this company to all of my friends and even my very picky mother! We need to support companies like this guy and quit using the big box companies. Harley reminded me what it is like to show pride in your work, something that is lacking with the other carpet companies that I have tried over the last fifteen years as a home owner. I have already made an appointment to have my tile and grout cleaned next week and I can't wait to see how they come out!

Harper Carpet Care is the place to go if you want reasonably priced steam cleaning, friendly customer service, and an overall excellent experience. I had Harley do a move-out steam cleaning for my house, and he did an excellent job in such a short time (only 45 mins for 4 bedrooms, 2 stairs, and a hallway!). He takes great pride in his work and providing the best customer service possible. Keep supporting your local Austin businesses!

Harley did a fantastic job cleaning my carpet. He was even able to remove a red kool-aid stain which everyone said could not be done. I have used other capret cleaning services in the past and none of them compare to Harper Carpet Care. Harley is friendly, professional, and on time!!!! I would recommend his services to anyone.

Harley did a great job on my cat-fur covered carpet, and was super-nice and friendly and easy to deal with. He was easy to schedule with, even right before the holidays, showed up early (!) and did a more thorough job than I asked. I wouldn't have anyone else do my carpets for me.

I can't say enough good things about the service from Harper Carpets. I've been referring them to all my friends.

We had our carpet cleaned, stretched, and patched in a few places. When Harper Carpets was finished it looked like brand new carpet -- and that is saying a lot for 7 years of wear with 2 dogs!

Harper Carpets was able to work around my schedule, the carpet looked great, and it was reasonably priced.

I was recently preparing for a party at my house and called Harper Carpet Care. They showed up on time and were very knowledgable about their products and equipment. The technition walked all of the rooms with me and went over any problem areas with me. I have had dry cleaning services clean my carpets in the past and was not satisfied with the results, my carpets were dry in ten minutes but were not as clean as when Harper Carpet Care did the job. Our carpets have stayed cleaner longer with the steam cleaning method and were dry in about four hours! I would recommend this company to all of my family and friends. I also had a small repair and the tech handled it with ease.

Harper Carpet Care has been servicing my carpets for over seven years and has always been very professional and friendly. Harley has always been ontime and his equipment and products have always left my carpets clean and looking great! I highly recommend using this small company for all of your flooring needs, from carpet cleaning to stretching and patching. Harley Harper is the most knowledgable carpet cleaner I have ever used.
