After spending almost $6000 on partial dentures and having to have teeth pulled, I had my top partial break. It was 2 years old and fit wonderfully. I was taking a bite out of a sandwich (white bread, cold cuts, cheese) when the partial broke in half. When I called the office, they said the plate was made in the Garland office so I went there to get it fixed right away. After waiting 30 minutes in the waiting room, They took me back for the dentist to come in and say the plate needed to be repaired. Finance girl comes in and says it will cost $295.00. I said no, something is wrong with the partial if it breaks for no reason after such a short time. She said if it had been loose I should have had an adjustment. It wasn't loose so no adjustment needed, why should I pay for repair? Something like that should not break in 2 years if you never had problems with it. No manager available to talk to. They will have her call me when she decides who should pay! Guy that makes them said they could last one day, month, year, who knows! Don't use them!
