I had sold my house before I closed on my new one. Buddy sent Eduardo and his crew to move me out and in to storage. After I closed, they came and moved me from storage in to my new house. Both times they arrived on time or early. They were totally professional. All of the guys were hard workers, courteous, respectful of my homes and my belongings. They worked around my 9 year old son who seemed to be in their way a lot because he was so excited to be moving. All this and a very good price to boot. I've never written one of these reviews before, but these guys were impressive. Thanks!

Two people moved my 84 year old mother. They were respectful, showed up on time and worked very hard. Wrapped all delicate items and worked efficiently and had her moved from a small second floor apartment to another second floor apartment in under four hours. I'll use them when I move.

A-1 Professional Movers recently moved me and I was very pleased with their service. My current abode had narrow doorways, which seemed like a challenge. Not to these guys. In a blink of an eye they had removed the door from its hinges and navigated all the furniture out without a scratch. (Yes, they reattached the doors too!) They brought tons of plastic wrap and blankets and never rolled an eye when I asked that all the furniture be wrapped. The team broke down and reset the furniture at my new place as well. Overall a great experience.

I live in Denver, CO, my 24 year old daughter lives in Houston. Her apartment was condemned after the storm and had to find a new place to live. She was able to find a new apartment on 9/17 and needed to move ASAP. Being a Dad, living in CO and not able to get to Houston in a day to help out, I needed someone that I could fully trust to get the job done. I was fortunate enough to have a phone conversation with Buddy Morgan on the afternoon of 9/17. I told him my situation, he was very empathetic and understanding and told me that he had crews out all over the city doing the same thing that I needed and that he would be able to do the move between 11:00 and 1:00 PM on 9/18. His prices were more than fair, unlike most people when there is a disaster who jack up their prices. His crew headed by a true gentleman named Xavier were total professionals. Completed the entire move in a little over 2 hours, made one little Daddy's girl very happy and gave relief to one very concerned Dad. I would highly recommend Buddy and his crews to anyone considering any move in Houston! Buddy, as a business person myself, we don't often hear about the good things we do but, thank you for being so understanding and such a pro! RG

I had consulted "Angies's list" as a start-off point to get a mover. It all began with a phone call to Buddy Morgan, very friendly and CRAZY guy. (It takes one to know one.) I was very surprised to find that I could set up my move fromTomball to inside the loop for any day of the following week. Buddy explained the cost structure (hourly) and told me his 3 man crew would arrive between 8:30 & 9:00 on the designated day. The crew was at my home before 8:30. Since I wasn't moving a lot of my furniture, I went through the house pointing out what did and didn't 'go' to the new house. I did not have to repeat any of it and they got it right!! All was loaded within an hour and 15 minutes. The crew and truck followed me to the new house which is a 3 story townhome with several turns in each flight of stairs. Within an hour, all furniture and boxes iwere in the desired rooms! The crew was very friendly and willing to please.They even moved a very heavy 30" TV (the old fashioned, mega-ton type) from the 1st floor up tp the 3rd floor for me! Wow! What service! I have yet to find a broken item or any damage to the walls and floors. I was even more surprised at the final bill. It was VERY reasonable! I must admit that initially, I was expecting the crew to 'take their sweet time' to 'pad' the bill. NOT SO! I would highly recommend A-1 Professional Movers. I will definitely use this company again!

This was the second time I have used A-1 Professional Movers. Both experiences were outstanding! I had no problems with either move. The movers were always professional and got the job done quickly and efficiently. None of my belongings were broken or harmed in any way. I could not be happier! I will always call A-1 Professional Movers for my moving needs and will recommend this company to all of my friends. Moving is a hassle...........A-1 Professional Movers makes it so much easier! THANKS A-1!

I called on a recommendation of a friend but the person answering the phone was rude and abrupt and sneered when I told him the date we wanted to schedule some movers which was the last Saturday of the month. Since this date was just a coincidence with us planning a flexible move the guy just laughed and sarcastically said "Good Luck"!...He didn't bother to ask if we were firm on the date or get any other particulars....I don't think people answering the phone realize they are the front line to the customer and give the first impression of the business and make or break "the sale"! Fortunately there is plenty of competition out there as these people are clearly too busy to take on any new business!!
