Memorial Hermann Southeast Hsp

i visited this hospital many times in er and admitted i had been very pleased until march 2009 when i fell in the er from a injection the er Dr came yelling at me trying to discharge me jerking me out of the bed trying to send me home. i said no he just left me across the bed no call bell i yell to some to get the super for that area she came fixed me in the bed gave me a call bell left came back and i was admitted to the hospital. then to rehab hospital. i had to go again to the er and they refuse to treat me. that er Dr has some very big problems. because of him i can not be treated near my house.

This is a hospital located near my house, but I have been to other hospitals and I think S.E. Memorial is much better. The doctors, nurses, and physicians treat their patients with concern and patience. I had to be admitted at 4:00am after a car accident and they were very understanding and calming.
This is in relation to the emergency unit but the doctor that saw me, which name I forget, was very polite. Great hospital!!!

I have unfortunately experianced more of thei hospital than I would choose to, but they took very good care of me. An illness several months ago caused me to visit their emergency room and eventually be admitted to their Intensive Care Unit. The staff and doctors were courteous and did their best to keep us informed of what was going on. My wait in the emergency room ws incredibly long, particularly when they were trying to find a bed for admission, but unfortunately, I think that is pretty common. The hospital has undergone some significant renovation recently and the ER is very nice. My wife (who works in a hospital) was very impressed with their ICU set-up. The rooms were large and pleasant and set up so that the nurses were positioned at work stations between the two rooms for which they had primary resposibility, giving them easy view for monitoring ICU patients. The staff in the ICU was wondrerful and did a great job of explaining procedures and helping us keep family informed of what was going on. When I got to go home, discharge and billing were handled effeciently. I would definitely be comfrotable seeking care there again.

this is the cleanest hospital i have seen in awhile.the nurses were very helpful and professional. My daughter went in thru the emergency room and it was very quick. they had her in a room in less than 4 hours with a diagnosis and had her antibiotics. i would not hesitate to go back to this hospital it was great.

PROS: clean, nice people
CONS: not the closest hospital to me

This hospital has been here for years and it is constantly being upgraded and modernized. The staff that we have dealt with were all amazing, the doctors are great. My husband received excellent care here and my one trip here was to the emergency room, a visit which went very smoothly. Their radiology department is very good and a great place to have your mammograms done. The staff in radiology is nice and helpful and does their best to make this procedure as comfortable as possible.

I love this hospital if you can get away with loving hospitals. The new additions are great. i have had to go there only for lab tests, and my husband did also. Everyone is very courteous. We participated in Physical Therapy and it was
very pleasant.
