Anaville Muffler & Automotive

I have never had any repairs done at this shop, BUT I have called them a few times to discuss my car problems. They are the ONLY auto shop that actually discussed it with me and told me what might be wrong. Most other places would just say I needed to bring it in. When I do take my car to get it fixed, I will DEFINATELY take it to this place.

I stubled across this post when I was looking for the number to Annaville Muffler and Automotive, and I have to sincerley DISAGREE with the 1 star review. I have been taking my truck and my wifes SUV there for quite some time, and I have NEVER felt like I was treated unfairly. The owners of this gagarge pride themselves on their honesty and integrity. The work that has been performed on my vehicles has always been GREAT. These guys are good Christian people, and I will not take my car anywhere else!

We have been customers of Annaville Muffler and Automotive for over 7 years and we wanted to use only them, until this past week. We took in our 99 GMC Jimmy to have some work done. We were charged 200.00 more than told we would be charged. The work was shotty, the battery was left loose, there were missing bolts and they broke the hood on the A/C. I didn't get a 50 miles in my Jimmy when it died on the highway. We will never use them again and I suggest no one else use them either. This company has lost all ethics and morals.
