Bostech Services, Inc. is TERRIBLE one of the worst I have ever delt with. They hid wires in the wall rather than bundle under the house for future floor plugs, wired things incorrectly. Bid $10,000 for panel change out which I got very professionally done for $1,000. I would run not walk from these people!! BTY an excellent electrical company is C&B Electric.

They did work under my homeowner's warranty. They were very courteous and professional. It was a major repair - evaporator coil replacement. I am very pleased with their service. I would recommend them.

We used Bostech for AC repair. The first technician that showed up did not troubleshoot properly and ended up leaving because he did not have a ladder tall enough to get on the roof of our town home building. He actually ended up missing the fact that the real problem was the fan that was seized in the downstairs unit. The second time they showed up, the technicians were very good and found the real problem. After the new fan was ordered, they missed their third appointment to come and install it. When I spoke to the supervisor, she said that the first appointment "didn't count" because the ladder wasn't tall enough (even though the faulty part was located downstairs) and was unwilling to work with me to reschedule the missed appointment. I could not take any more time during business hours for them to fix my AC. Even though they missed the appointment, they were not willing to reschedule after hours or on the weekend without charging me $150. After much negotiation they ended up finding time in their schedule after all to come out and fix the AC. If looking for an AC repair company, I recommend finding someone else!

Install, Replace or Repair a Main Water Pipe

Bostech arrived at my home, shortly after I called with my issue. They were courteous and professional. In addition, they let us know about all of their services above and beyond pipe repair. I would definitely contact Bostech again.

Miscommunication or misleading

While getting service from Bostech, the technician either misled us or didn't know how things worked in the company. Consequently, service was seriously delayed in a time of crisis. Their listed phone number is wrong. The proper phone number is 972-485-8808

terrible plumbers

I used bostech for their a/c services and had a decent service....when i hired them for plumbing servies it was a disaster....the plumbers for got to run hot water to an island in the kitchen....put toilet off-center....forgot to run line for hot water heater....so that all was a disaster after foundation was poured.....you would think there would be some type of apology....but the owner then got involved and tried to blame everything on someone else.....unbelievable! finally had to get new plumbers to finish job....who found even more mistakes....DO NOT USE BOSTECH!
