Herrera's offers traditional family recipes and classic Tex-Mex cuisine at a reasonable price. Bring your favorite bottle of wine or cooler of beer and relax in their casual surroundings. My favorite dish is the tacos al carbon.

Food tastes great, and nice selection. The atmosphere is pretty casual and the wait staff make you feel very welcome.
I had one of their burritos and it was wonderful. Nice prices on the lunch menu, not sure about dinner.
I would definitley give it a try.

This is one of my favorite Mexican food restaurants when I am in the Carrollton area. It is a family run business with an actual Herrera (Michael) running the show at this location. Staff and service has always been above average. Prices are fair and the chips and salsa are hot and fresh. Good Dallas family traditions and worth a try if you are near this area of Josey north of Belt Line.
Pros: Good Spicy Salsa, Good variety, Good Service, Good Prices
Cons: Outsite bld. looks run down.Only advertise by word of mouth
