Dr. Tran is truly the best dentist I have ever been to. He is very thorough and does the best job. I have had to have two (2) root canals and four (4) crowns in the past couple of years. Dr. Tran makes sure each visit is pain free and I have never had a problem with anything that he has ever done. He has been my dentist for five years and I will not ever switch dentists!

Not only is Dr. Tran a terrific and knowledgeable dentist, he generally cares about his patients. He is kind and compassionate which makes each visit something to look forward to. Yes, I actually look forward to seeing Dr. Tran.

The office staff and dental assistants are very nice and courteous - it is one of the many reasons why I have been going to Image Care Dental since 2000!

I highly recommend Dr. Tran and Image Care Dental - I would not go anywhere else and I trust Dr. Tran 100%! He is just the best!

Like most people, I dreaded going to the dentist until I went to Image Care Dental. I am a new convert! I love my dentist. I could go there every day for cleaning and procedures, really, seriously. I sat on the dreaded proverbial dentist chair with my iPhone, listening to my favorite song on the iPod. Erin, my Hygienist was working on me. Every of her touch was so soothing and I felt myself being healed. My dentist is truly a healer with a soothing touch. Since then, I have been singing her praises to all my friends and family. I am not hesitant to say, I love my dentist!

After going to another dentist just a few miles away, I went here for a second opinion. All of the people from the receptionist to the Dr. was friendly and helpful. I have seen two of the dentists here at the practice and each one made the best decision for me and my health. I will be returning to have the remainder of my dental work done here. The dentists at this practice appear to be trustworthy and not in it just for the money.

Dr Thompson and his entire staff are very professional and friendly. It is a very relaxed and welcoming place to go. He is a perfectionist in his work, explains procedures and takes the time to answers any questions & keeps up with the latest and greatest all which are very important.

He and his staff are very aware and sensitive to the comfort and needs of the patient and they make sure that you are comfortable throughout all procedures. All the crowns made and old fillings that have been redone, and bonding has been just first class work.

He was recommended highly to us by our previous dentist after we changed insurance. The fees are very competitive as well.
I went to the office to check it out before my first visit and spoke to patients that were waiting in the waiting room & many had been with him for 10+ yrs and were very happy which says a lot!

We are very happy and lucky to have found such a great dentist and have recommended him to many friends

Dr. Thompson is an artist as well as a dentist. He has as gentle hand and did both a complete set of caps and I never felt one shot! My new teeth are gorgeous. My smile is beautiful. I also have four implants from about 4 years ago. They also are great and did not hurt. I used to have to be sedated for my dental work. My dentist was out of town when I needed a root canal and I was referred to Dr. T. I could not believe that I allowed and trusted him to do this with just nitrous. I never even felt the shot. The whole procedure was painless. His chairside staff is wonderful, especially Tony, whom I request. She is so smart and personable. Everyone in the office have become my friend. He truly has a gift of a gentle hand and spirit. Thanks again for my beautiful smile. I recommend that anyone reading this call him immediately. One vist with him will convince them that he is the best dentist in North Texas, just as it did me!

It's been some time since I have been a patient here. I left because I could never get a straight question answered on billing. I'd leave the office paying my bill on the way out. Weeks later I'd get new bills with undiscernable descriptions and a request for more money. Weeks later I get even more bills with a new bunch of arcane ledger entries that concluded I needed to give them yet more money.

After I changed to another office and had not been to their office in over a year, I got a new bill demanding even more money (more than a year after my last visit ???). I sent a letter back asking for an explanation as to what services I had not yet paid for and guess what? No more bills came. There was obviously no real basis for the charges they were trying to push off on me. Wanna bet as to whether or not they'd have cashed my check if I'd sent one?

First off, the office is beautifully decorated, the staff super friendly. I was a new client and had a 15 minute wait (which they apologized for repeatedly). The entire office is state-of-the-art, everything computerized from the x-rays to the gum measurements. I told them I had to be out by 5 for a meeting and they kept right on time, I was even out the door 15 minutes early. They really take the time to ask about what your dental concerns are and answer any questions you have about treatment options. The dentist and hygienist where extremely through. (ever have your teeth scraped for 30 minutes straight?) My teeth have never felt so clean - and didn't hurt a bit - the hygienist Katie really knew her job. I highly recommend these guys.

Dr. Thompson is an expert in the field of cosmetic dentistry. He performed crowns and veneers on all of my teeth which gave me the beautiful smile I have today. He also performed invisalign on my daughter which came out perfectly.

Dr. Thompson is a perfectionist in his field, his staff is professional and courteous and I would highly recommend his office for any type of dentistry.

Dr. Tran and his staff are wonderful. I moved to this Texas four years ago and I have bounced from one dentist to another. I was never completely satisfied the employees, the dentist, of the office. The Image Care Dental Group is friendly, caring, helpful, and they do outstanding work. I would recommend (and I have) this office to everyone.

Dr. Thompson & his staff are always pleasant, friendly, & give top care to their patients. I actually had fun at my dentist office thanks to Toni, my amazing orthodontic hygienist who still remains a good friend, Sarah, the sweetest front desk lady anyone will ever meet, and of course, Dr. Thompson himself. I had orthodontic work done for 2 years by Dr. Thompson, and my smile is now brighter, straighter, and more beautiful than ever. If I ever had a question or a problem, he & Toni accommodated me & my family & gave me the best care possible.

From the time I was a small child, I never looked forward to going to the dentist. But when I found the Image Care Dental Group, all my anxieties disappeared. From the receptionist, to the dental assistant, to Dr. Thompson, you will not find a more professional and talented dental office. The entire office is up-to-date with the most efficient techniques and services. If you need dental care, this is the place to go - without a doubt.

I have been going to see Dr. Thompson for 10 years. He is the best dentist, explains everything in detail regarding procedures, he cares about how you and your teeth are doing. I always highly recommend him to other people I know.
His staff are also excellent - very friendly and a great atmosphere and always eager to help you and have fantastic customer service skills.

Dr. Thompson has done one implant for me with great success. I can't tell the implant from my normal teeth. He has also done several caps and I have had no problems with them. Dr. Thompson's waiting room is roomy and comfortable with informative and entertaining dental videos playing continually. Everyone is friendly, and waiting time is minimal. His offices have high tech equipment and on site computer screens. When xrays are taken, I can immediately view the results from the dental chair. Local anaesthesia is given appropriately so that I have had little or no discomfort during treatment. Consequently, I highly recommend Dr. Thompson!

Dr. Thompson is an outstanding dentist! My family has been going to Dr. Thompson for over 10 years and we are always satisfied with the care that we receive. His dental work is perfection and he and his staff are always very professional, knowledgeable and caring.
The office is state of the art and Dr. Thompson is extremely knowledgeable about the latest treatments and techniques. He always explains what to expect during your procedure and very concerned about your comfort. Dr. Thompson and his staff are A+. We feel lucky to have Dr. Thompson as our dentist.

Dr. Thompson takes the time to explain the procedures and treatments necessary. I have had alot of dental work done the last couple years and not once have I felt uncomfortable. I feel the doctor and his staff are knowledgable and friendly. They did well with our children, especially our little one on her first trip to the dentist. I feel like we have found our family dentist. I would definately recommend his practice to yours.

Three years ago, I had been going to a dentist in Frisco for approximately 2.5 years. I thought it strange but great that I never had any real issues (I have always been cavity prone) except cleaning every six months and a pat on the back that things were fine. LESSON WELL LEARNED....that dentists license was suspended and I soon found out I had SERIOUS dental issues that needed immediate attention. Mostly I needed someone I could trust after having such a horrible experience. Then I found Dr. Thompson through my insurance company who highly recommended him. I have never looked back nor regretted my decision to try Dr. Thompson. I could not be happier with his services, his honesty, his staff and the sense of well being I have knowing that I am in excellent care now. There are not enough good words for Dr. Thompson and his staff. They are professional, always on time and the work is superb. From your reception into the office all the way through the procedure, you will feel you are in the right place. If you have to go to a dentist (and let's face it, who does?) I feel he is the best in the metroplex! I recommend him highly to my co-workers and friends and all have thanked me in return. That says alot!

I have been to several different dentists over the years, looking for one that kept up with the latest in dentistry, but still had a relaxed and welcoming environment. Dr. Thompson and his staff have all of that and more.

They performed a thorough initial exam, including x-rays that weren't uncomfortable at all (finally someone figured it out). Dr. Thompson took the time to come in and talk with me about what I thought I needed (I've never liked my smile) and what we should do to get there. I needed a deep cleaning and some fillings. They did it all without any pain - Dr. Thompson numbed me with a topical before doing any injections.

Everyone I encountered seemed genuinely happy to see me and happy to work there.

I have avoided going to dentists in the past, but I won't any more. I'm actually looking forward to getting Invisalign braces to straighten my teeth and Zoom whitening to make them sparkle. And what my wife has liked the best is the mouthpiece they are creating to help with my snoring. It has been an all-around great experience. Definitely give them a try!

I went here to see if it was worth going to a closer office compared to my normal 30 minute drive to my regular dentist. They are very busy, with many chairs and at least 3 dentists that I know of simultaneously working. They work very quickly and efficiently. My only complaint was that they tried to convince me to have some caps put into my molars to prevent cavities from forming even though I never have problems with cavities. I felt like they wanted some easy money, but that's just my impression. Overall good service.

Dr. Thompson is a wonderful dentist. The office is very spacious and there is a play area for the kids. The Hygienists are wonderful. They will spent a good thirty minutes cleaning your teeth and Dr. Thompson will comes in at the end to examine if everything is ok. Need to book in advance, because the office tends to be busy. The staffs are great.
