I have been a customer of McShan Florist for over 30 years. They have always been the best. I will never stop using their service. Even though I moved away from Texas, I still call McShan when I need an arrangement for birthdays, anniversaries, funerals, and just love gifts.
Incompetent order taking & delivery, appalling customer service, rude staff, unscrupulous business tactics & chintzy arrangement for $100! Beware!
McShan Florist has always been there to deliver quality flowers, even when I forget until the very last minute. Their excellent customer service, reasonable prices, and beautiful flowers have helped me out on numerous occassions - from almost forgotten birthdays to Mother's Day! Thank you guys!!!
McShan florist has caring staff, beautiful arrangements and outstanding customer service. I would recommend McShans for any occasion. If you're going to say it with flowers...say it with McShan flowers!

McShan florists ruined my anniversary with an all white arrangement that was mostly brown!I thought that the customer service needed major improvement... $160 does not get you much with this florist!

Bruce McShan these were given to her at no charge because another florist had dropped the ball she told me. then when she didn't like what was sent from us it was replaced and she tell met that she liked it. the flowers were never ordered from here just gave her the arrangement to make her anniversary better evidently that didn't workThank you McShans for re-ordering an Azalea plant from a different florist. It was a beautiful pink & white Azalea plant. Thank you for hearing my complaint about the rudeness of the owner & the UGLY Bromeliad plant that I first received from the "San Clemente Florist" in Ca.
My friend called your store to have you order an Azalea at a florist in Ca. The "San Clemente Florist" decided that the ugly Bromeliad was a suitable substitute for a flowering plant. It was not!! J.BW.
Frankly speaking, I did not see these flowers. They were delivered to my sister in Pennsylvania. Her comments were enough to make me send this review. She loved them, the other patients loved them and the hospital staff loved them. Who could as for more.

The flowers I ordered for Valentine's day were delivered this morning and they are BEAUTIFUL! I must say McShan's has outdone themselves again! Always Beautiful arrangements! Always timely! Thank you! Steve
THESE GUYS HAVE BEEN AROUND FOREVER!! We have used them for decades which should tell you how satisfied we are with their Quality, prices and service.
I have ordered many flowers here and I have never been disappointed with them. Their prices are much higher but the quality is amazing. The people over the phone are very polite and they help you decide what you need. they do offer an account service so that makes it easier. the store is beautiful the flowers are gorgeous.
Ordered a mum off their website for hospital delivery. It came in 2 sizes $30 & $50. Odered the larger. When I saw it in the hospital it was 12" tall..extremely small for the price. Mgr replied that the only difference in the more expensive one is a better pot. To tell you the truth we didn't even notice the pot! She offered to go back and switch out the pots. We just wanted an arrangement that looked like $50+ was spent. Will not do business here again; who would pay such exorbitant prices and get so little?

Always fresh, always colorful. McShan's alway makes great looking fresh flower arrangements. No matter what your budget is, they can make something nice. There live plants are alway nice and green with lots of buds to bloom. Price is comparable with everybody else, but I have never been disappointed when I've used them.
They are very reliable, the bouquets are always there at the agreed upon time. The florists are awesome, they make beautiful bouquets. They areon the expensive side but they do a wonderful job.
I have used McShan Florist for 20 years and have never been disappointed. Their arrangements are nice. They are reasonable, reliable and deliver when they say they will.

I was also excited to find out from your sale person that you would be able to set up a year's worth of orders for all my special occasions. So, now no worries for me. I know that I am covered for birthdays, our anniversary and I even set up a couple of surprise deliveries. Now that is service!!! Thanks so much!!
