Bear Creek Family Dentist

i took my 2 yr old daughter with dr.heaton and he was great he spoke nicely to her she didnt throw a fit or cry for any reason he answered every single one of my questions.and they actually do let you go back for the exam it's just if you decide to do treatment you arent allowed in the back only for the safety of your child which is all explained in writing when papers are signed or when given a tour as a new patient.and the little time they spend with us,the patients i actually appreciate its not like i want to be sitting there forever.dont get me wrong though they answer all questions and show great interest in every concern of yours.management is also great see the manager constantly walking around.what a place

DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS TO BEAR CREEK DENTISTRY!!!! I took my child and they said if he had to have any procedure performed I could not go back. Come to find out; they actually PAPOOSE (strap them down) your kids, that's why they don't want parents go back in the exam rooms. These idiots!!!

Wonderful place for Familes and Kids!!! They have a really cool play gym (like McDonald's but cleaner), a movie theater room and lots of TV's(which my kids LOVE!!!) The staff and the atmosphere really distract the kids from remembering why they are there. Everything is new and seems to be pretty high tech. The xrays and records are all on computer and you can even see the xrays on the TV. I have gone there for my own work as well as my kids! They get a balloon and a sticker like most places, but they also have a good time. I know that soubds crazy, but they really did have fun!

Highly recommend this office. The Dr's are fantastic for children and adults. Pretty reasonable prices for most care as well.If you or your children need a dentist, go there.

Outstanding service, great facility for the kids. Highly recomended. The dentists are first class and very friendly (esp. Dr Rivera), as well as the staff. Only downfall is the facility size, alot of people there but worth the wait.

I will never go back to this facility. The staff was friendly but the dentist was in too much of a hurry to get us checked and out of there. Although we did have appointments for check up and cleanings, they did not do the cleanings because they were running behind and time did not permit it. So why over book your patients? They did however, collect $155 from my insurance to pay for exam and xrays!!! Very expensive and not worth the money

I was having problems with my wisdom teeth bothering me and come to find out I had to have all of them pulled =( I was very scared but the service was great the staff was very nice and I didnt have any problems. They didnt overcharge, had reasonable prices. Definitely Recommend!

over all, I liked this dentist. they had a wonderful play area for the kids, and the staff were friendly. the children were very comfortable with them. They also were able to treat my daughter, who had extensive dental work.

I was very scared to bring my 4-yeard old son to this dentist. When I called to schedule an appointment I was told that I would not be allowed to be with him while during his treatment. Because a friend recommended me this location, I went ahead and kept my appointment. Of course, my son cried when they took him in, but when he was finished he was very happy. I asked if he would like to go back someday and he stated yes, he was very happy. I will be taking my son back to this dentist.

A friend of mine chipped her tooth on some popcorn when we were at the movies. she was so upset so we found the first dental place that we saw. Kind of scared to visit a place she didn't know of, the staff picked up on this right away and treated her so special. The dentist fixed her right up and we were out of there in less then 1 hour. AND they didn't over-charge her either! I would go back if I lived in town!!

My husband and I have been here and they did a great job in getting our teeth cleaned and even getting my teeth straightened. The dentists here are great. They make you feel at home. Their prices are reasonable as well if you are not covered by insurance.
