Payne Rex A Dds - Lewisville Dental Assoc

Dr. Payne is a great dentist. He is friendly and professional. His office staff and hygienists are top-notch. My family has been going there for several years. We never feel that he is trying to over treat a problem. I have recommended Dr. Payne to friends in the past and will continue to do so.

I had a dental emergency and Dr. Payne's office got me right in. They worked with me on accepting my insurance and allowed me to just pay my deductible and co-payment. The office manager was very helpful in explaining all the charges before the work was started and answering my questions. Dr. Payne treated me like a real person...not just another toothache. I will definately go back there and have already referred some of my friends to him.

I was referred to Dr Payne by a friend of mine who has been one of his patients for 12+ years. I was sceptical at first because how my friend went on an on about how wonderful this dentist was. I thought, "No body can be THAT great." But Dr Payne proved me wrong. WOW! He is such a kind and caring person. Really makes the patient feel at ease and allowed me to have some input as to my treatment plan. WHAT A CONCEPT! I had a tooth that was badly decayed and Dr Payne gave me several options (from least expensive to the most expensive) and let me make the decision as to how to proceed. Most docs just go for the most expensive plan, then stick you with the bill. Thank you Dr. Payne! You definately are a First Class dentist and you will have my business for many years to come! Did I mention that he is SUPER gentle?? Don't let his name (Payne) fool you. This guy is as gentle as a lamb!

PROS: Kind, Compassionate, Affordable, FIRST CLASS DENTIST
CONS: None that I've experienced

My spouse and I have both been patients of Dr. Payne for more than 15 years and, in addition, have referred more than a dozen others to this practice. In contrant to many "doc in a box" operations, Dr. Payne and his long tenured staff offer a personalized caring experience.
