If you live in the Oak Lawn area, this library is convenient and is much quicker than going downtown and finding a place to park. Parking is convenient here. The selection is very small, but the staff will order materials from other libraries and have them waiting for you at the Oak Lawn location. Staff is not always friendly.

I could spend days in here. Smaller than usual atmosphere. Reminds me of the library when I was in middle school. Very quiet with a variety of sections and rentable audio. The librarian is friendly. Right next to a gorcery store if you need a drink or snack.
