Denton Import Svc

Owning a VW has turned out to be very time consuming, my car has constantly been in shops with very hefty bills at the end and still not fixed, i was told about this place from a friend. Took my car in they actually have two guys working there now from the VW dealership in LEW. my car was fixed in about an hour and at a great price especially when I haven't had any more problems with it ...knock on wood...Refer anyone who owns VW's especially.

I recommend this place to everyone.My wife and son were broke down in Lewisville, I called this place because a friend had refered me and told me that they would take care of us right. They certainly did, they had my family picked up within 30 mins. and their prices on fixing my wife's car were very reasonable. The guys at this shop are very honest and knowledgable about all types of vehicles. I was very surprised to see some of the other comments, I know my friend has been going to them for quit a while and he refers everyone and I've yet to hear anything bad.

my honda had been to 3 other shops and was never fixed mike and his crew found it and it cost less than i had spent at the other places for their so called diagnostic fee that fixed nothing I WILL BE BACK !!!

i had an appointment and was told it would be 45 min to chg oil and check brakes.two hours later i got my car and was told the reason for the hold up was no oil filter in stock.i did not have a good feeling upon leaving the shop because i dont believe i was being honest with.the price of the oil chg was 20.00 higher than previously charged,and was told they would give me a discount for waiting,20.00 off labor so this would have made it outrageous,i will probably not go back.

Under new ownership. The estimate I got was almost twice as high as competition for the same parts and labor. I would get written estimates before going here.
