Houston Baptist University

HBU is a great school. I love the teacher to student ratio! They do teach the Christian doctorine, which I am a Christian so it was no problem to me. However, I will have to disagree with a prior review and did not feel they pushed the Baptist Doctorine. It is a commuter school, but they do their to offer the whole "college experience".

The community seems like a nice place to be. The environment is nice, but students may feel pressured to be religious. Their library resources are amazing, however. I went there to do some research for a school assignment, and I found exactly what I needed in order to get my job done. I'm sure the students there feel the same way.

THIS IS A CHRISTIAN BASES INSTITUTION. ALL STUDIES REQYIRE CLASSES IN BAPTIST THEOLOGY. THEY HAVE A NURSING SCHOOL THAT IS VERY GOOD. ART, PRE-MEDICINE AMD OTHER FIELDS ARE TAUGHT.
