Jefferson Dental Clinic

Its been a while since I been to the dentist (3yrs) and a friend told me about Jefferson Dental, I went to the White Rock location on Garland Rd, and I have only good things to write about. Everybody was very nice and caring, they sit down and explain all your treatment (even if you cant afford all of it) and insurance. I wasnt sure what to expect since it is a clinic and not a private office, I use to go to a private office and there is only about five patients a day. Here there are several patients and doctors, but I still felt that I recived quality service with a fraction of the cost. I would recommend all my friends and family to this clinic.

I've had all types of treatment at Jefferson Dental Clinic and after each visit they call to check on how I'm doing. Which I thought was awesome since you can't talk when your numb. They answer all my questions and fit me in without an appointment. They explain treatment before its done and let me know what my insurance covered. Who ever said going to see any doctor was fun? Every experience has been a good one.

I decided to call Jefferson Dental since I was having some pain on my tooth.Well, I was a bit hesitant after reading one of the reviews about the clinic especially since I was to be seen at the White Rock Location ( I also live nearby) and the review mentions this clinic. I'm glad I gave them a try they saw me the same day as a walk in and I didn't have to wait very long to get seen. Yes they take several x-rays but I was informed and I gave my consent. The dental asst walked me through the process and some x-rays were uncomfortable but nothing to cry about.After all the x-rays were taken and developed, Dr. George came in to examine me. He was very polite and nice, he explained my treatment in detail, he really showed me that he cares about his patients.He also had one of his staff in the front talk to me about my insurance and how we can set up my appointments. Out of curiosity I asked how much it would be for copies of my X-rays and they stated it would be only $30.(not that I'm going anywhere else)Everybody was very nice and caring, in no way did I FEEL like I was being discriminated. So in the end I am very happy with my visit and will refer my family and friends.

I have been a patient at Jefferson Dental Clinics for years. I have found them very helpful in answering all my questions, every time I go for a checkup they sit down and consult with me about what I need. All the work I have ever gotten is good... I find it disturbing for people that may be having a bad day or do not have anything better to do to post these complaints and not even show their name, that is SLANDER!!, I would tell you from my own experience that I have reccomended Jefferson Dental to friends and family, and they all have been more than pleased with the service.

They help the hispanic community. They speak spanish and offer low affordable rates. They are close to the neighborhood and have a friendly atmosphere.
