I do not know why my original review was not posted.... however... I will try the insider page. On 11-09-08, my family enter into this establishment and sit for 30 minutes without any service. We watched 2 other families enter the establishment and they were service immediately. We eventually got up and left. But not with out talking with the Day time manager who insist they did not see us. Did I mention we were black and the only ones in the place. How could they miss us? Strange that we were able to see everything that was going on due to the place not being crowded. I say it was done intentionly. Could Obama win have anything to do with it?

This is a great place for good creole dishes. It has a really cool atmosphere for just grabbing a drink or having a full meal. The food is excellent and the portion sizes are huge. The beer is also very cold - a definite plus! They have live bands a few nights of the week.It's a rather small restaurant so the wait on a buzy night can be lengthy. I really like this place.
