I had to have two services done and I was glad to have gotten my car the same day and was able to take my car in for the second service the second day having one car is kind of difficult. I appreciate your understanding.

I thought my starter was out so I called City Garage and they gave me a great price on it. When I took it in they found a wiring problem in the cluth. They fixed everything in less than an hour and gave me a great price on it.

I have been a loyal customer to my previous mechanic in Roanoke for 16 years. The guys at City Garage were just as honest and fair and made us switch mechanics! They were so friendly and they were always in contact with you to let you know the progress of the repair.

I needed a repair done on my car but didn't know where to start from. They took the time to explain everything to me and I noticed that it was a very simple repair. They could have taken advantage if my ignorance, but instead, they walked me through the true problem and didn't charge me an outrageous price.

I like this place very much, they treat you really well every time and actually listen to ha to have to say. This is the only shop I go to.

I have used this place three times. They are open when others are not, but I think they are high priced, and I did have to return there because they did not fix the problem I had correctly. I think they rush through jobs, and then over charge for labor. Not sure I trust them, but when you are in a tight bind they are open.
