i had damage on my car sustained while living in NYC and finally decided to do something about it. Insurance was covering part of my cost and i had a $1000 deductible (ouch!). i came here after getting an estimate at a recommended place but decided to go with k auto instead because i needed some other things done and k-auto had a better price. not only did Mike fix the damage that was covered by insurance, but he also fixed a dent in the hood of my car that was unrelated. he then sanded and painted my bumpers too! (and if you've ever lived in NYC you know how bad your bumpers can be) but that's not even what's surprising. what's insane is that my out of pocket cost was $790!!! i paid $790 instead of $1000 which was my deductible, AND Mike fixed extra things - the dent in my hood including painting it, and sanding and painting my bumpers!!! i really can't believe it, my car looks like new and i am ONE HAPPY CUSTOMER!!! sorry if i sound over the top, but i really am ecstatic with what they've done. and it didn't take long either.

Awesome is all i have to say !!!! I needed to have a starter put on my car well when i went in Tom said they would have a look and see what was going on he found two leak's that ( just three days before i had been to the ford place and no one said a thing about even though i knew the car was leaking ) he told me about i already knew i had one but not two both were fix my starter was put on in a matter of an hour ( had to wait for part to get there ) All the employee's at K was wonderful friendly Everyone said hi as soon as you walk through the door . Tom explained everything to me included going into detail on the mechanic's part plus answered every question i had !!! The work is gaurenteed And they will have a regular customer out of me .

I have taken my car to these guys twice in the past three years and they have surpassed my expectations everytime. They will work with you on a price that is affordable, and I haven't been anywhere else that gets you car back to you complete and ready to go as quick as they do.

these guys are awesome. I searched around before getting body work done, they have the best prices, fast service and incredible attention to detail. The work I had done turned out beautifully. They completely went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. I am in complete awe of my experience, I would recommend them to anyone.
