I have been seeing Dr. Moore for over 10 years. Yes, I have to wait, sometimes over an hour. With each and every patient, he takes his time and explains everything in language the patient/client can understand. Also, I can usually get in on a couple hours notice if I need too. If time is a problem, schedule your appt for 2:00 pm right after lunch and be the first patient in. Ask how long the wait will be when you sign in and you can get a good idea of the waiting time. S. The last time I saw Dr. Norman, I had to wait an hour and I was the only patient in the office. I figured that I was 15 minutes early of my scheduled appointment and the doctor was probably coming back from lunch. I decided to go see him again yesterday and it was just a bad experience. My appointment was at 10:10 AM on a Friday. I had to anxiously wait until 11:20 AM to get inside where I was told there was another 2 people ahead. It would've been at least another 30 minutes wait. I was very upset and left the office since I was going to be late for a work appointment. I understand if I had to wait 15-45 minutes if the Dr. was behind. The staff should have told meif the doctor was 2 hours behind. I could reschedule, rather than wasting my time and not see the Dr. The staff was unfriendly and said this kind of wait was "normal". In that case, the staff could've scheduled me at noon, insteat of the 10:10 AM appointment. This office has lost my business.

Dr Moore is a very caring doctor. My children love going to him so taking the kids to the Dr is not such a chore. He never rushes you and responds to all of your concerns.

For the most part, they have good doctors. We've been going there for almost 10 years now. My 2 sons went there for awhile, and my oldest son was mistakenly diagnosed w/ pneumonia shortly after open heart surgery. We hadn't seen our primary care physician, he was out of the office. And, the dr. who saw my son, didn't think it necessary to follow up w/ my son's cardiologist. I, on the other hand, called his cardiologist right away. My son ended up not having pneumonia, and we decided to take our children to a pediatrcian instead of a general practice. My husband and I still see the doctors here and have had a pretty good experience.

Dr. Moore has been my primary care physician for over 9 years now and has handled everything from pregnancy to emergency gall surgery! Great responder on weekends and personable to talk with. Very knowledgeable and comfortable with his patients.
