Pete Joseph's Pro Shop

Experienced very poor customer service and lack of trust. Had a bowling ball drilled and was told it would take five days. After six days, called the pro shop and was told it would be ready in the afternoon or the following day. Called the following day and told it would be ready in afternoon on the next day. Two days later, went into the shop and ball still not ready but might be ready in the afternoon and received major "that's how things work" attitutde. Mike Joseph is about as friendly as a cactus and cannot be believed to deliver promised items in a timely fashion. Would not recommend anyone doing business with this pro shop.

Pete and Mike Joseph are fabulous at what they do. They drilled my first bowling ball over 10 years ago and it was the best fitting ball I'd ever had. Even though I have moved far from the area, I still return to them for my bowling equipment. I've never found anyone anywhere who does it better!! You can count on them to get it right the first time! Excellent shop.

THIS PLACE IS GREAT !!! extremely helpful, if they don't have it or can't get it, they will break their neck to help you. Pete and his management staff are Extremely good at what they do. Products were perfect !!

Pete Josehps is a bowling supply store. They have everything you need and can order it if they do not carry it. This shop is located next to a bowling alley so it is convienant. You can set up an appointment so you can get the holes in the bowling ball proper for your hand. If you have to wait for a shipment it arrives quickly and when promised.
