I will never step foot in that place again. The owner drinks beer and smokes cigarettes in the kitchen when no one is around. I'm not surprised to hear about the roach problems as there is usually food left out in the open overnight. It is not uncommon for her and her friends to "hang out" in the kitchen after hours. This can't be sanitary and healthy environment for the vegans.

I been there several hundred times and never had a problem with their service or food. It's one of the few places in town where you can get good natural health food and they have a great selection of products at their store as well.

I went for a buisness lunch at Natural Food Center and I was very disappointed with the food and service. Several tables in the dining area were not cleaned off for customers to eat on. The lunch item I ordered had a small roach in it. When speaking to the manager about my experience she was rude and accused me of trying to get a free meal. After paying for the inedible lunch, I left and will never return. The Natural Food Center is what it says, "NATURAL". If you like a bit more protein for your money - go for it.
