I've used Unicorn 3 times, once moving into my first house, once having them move a business I worked for to another location and finally into my most recent house.

The guys were always very professional, timely and hard-working. Nothing of mine was ever damaged or in fear of being damaged.

The staff that I dealt with was always very nice and funny and really know how to make moving day a little less stressful.

The prices were reasonable for the quality of service provided.

I had unicorn once and they were pretty good even though one guy was an idiot and the other guy had to do it by himself and was very good so I gave him a HUGE tip. This was in 1999, so I don't even know if it counts anymore. The next time I used them, they simply DID NOT SHOW UP on my moving day because their movers didn't show. I got really screwed because of my apartments and the lease and everything.Then, when they *did* come, they dropped items such as sofa pillows on the ground and stained them, then denied it. They also dented an antique mahogany table and did not fess up to that either even when I saw them drop a curtain rod finial on it. I would not use them.

PROS: none really
CONS: didn't show, clueless people
