Bridal Designs and Tuxedos

I purchased my bridesmaid dresses and groomsmen Tuxedos rental from Bridal Designs and Tuxedos, and my experience with them was fabulous! I have been bridesmaids a few times myself before, I can tell you the process at this shop is by far the easiest for the bridesmaids (and groomsmen), especially for the ones are out of town. Their website online ordering made the process a breeze. Great communication! I was always informed about everybody's ordering status by emails. I can't praise this salon enough! Thank you!

My bridesmaid and I had a wonderful time finding my wedding dress at Bridal Designs! I had no idea what I was looking for when I walked in the door but I left with an amazing dress and confidence in the shop. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a unique and special experience when buying a dress. They made me feel special and my bridesmaid all loved the experience as well! I am looking forward to working with everyone there as my dress comes in and all the rest that comes with it :)

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place...a boutique with great selection and personal attention. I found my dress on the first day of shopping. The consultants at Bridal Designs are amazing and really make you feel at home. The prices are affordable and the huge selections of gowns are gorgeous. Not to mention they have perfect alteration service, my wedding dress fitted me perfectly on my wedding day!

Bridal Designs was really wonderful - they made me feel like I was the only bride in the store and took care of me from beginning to end. They called me to schedule everything and my alterations to my dress were fantastic! I highly recommend them as I went to 4 other stores in the area and none of them made me feel as comfortable and special as they did!

The dress was amazing! The service was impeccable! The alterations far surpassed my expectations! I couldn't believe how easy it was to bustle my dress on the day of. I would definitely recommend buying your dress from Bridal Designs.

This place is awesome! It was my third dress appointment in one day and at that point I was tired and annoyed by my previous experiences. The consultants were outstanding and went out their ways to find the dresses for me. For my alterations, they did fantastic! My dress had some asymmetrical ruching in the back and came up with the coolest way to bustle it. I could not have been happier with my experience here! They certainly make you feel special - without the crazy price tags, while still having a great selection!

I had a wonderful experience at Bridal Designs!! Sharon took interest in asking about my wedding date, the location and what details I wanted in a wedding dress. They let me selected dresses first, then they picked out several dresses for me to try on and I never felt rushed! I am thrilled I found a dress for my wedding at Bridal Designs?I would not have wanted to buy from anyone else! I am looking forward to bringing my mom and bridesmaids to look for their dresses at Bridal Design as well. Thank you for all of your help! We really enjoyed it!

Love this bridal shop! Beautiful dresses displayed on mannequins! The staff was very easy to work with and my alterations were 100% perfect. My dress was the least hassle I had with my entire wedding! I highly recommend Bridal Designs.

The ladies at Bridal Designs were all very helpful. Took the time to find out what I was looking for and what the wedding would be like before looking for dresses. Helped me into and out of the dresses. Very friendly and professional. It was a great experience and I finally found my dress.

I love, love, love Bridal Designs, and can't recommend them highly enough!

This was the first bridal shop I visited in looking for my dress. The service was excellent and I can't say enough about how helpful it is to see the dresses on the mannequins. I actually ended up purchasing the very first dress I tried on but they were patient with me when I couldn't decide between two dresses and when I said I needed to look other places before making the final decision. It was only after going to a few more shops that I realized how awesome Bridal Designs is. You just don't get the same kind of service anywhere else. When they say they'll fit the dress to you and you won't need alterations, they mean it. My dress fit perfectly! I also bought my veil here and both the dress and veil were ready quickly and just beautiful! I have already recommended Bridal Designs to friends who have now purchased their wedding dress there and had the same great experience!

Bridal Designs has provided nothing but excellent service for me! Being an "indecisive" bride, they let me take my time trying on dresses, accessories, and veils and were extremely helpful throughout the whole process! The staff was so friendly and has been great to work with! I absolutely love my dress and would highly recommend Bridal Designs to all brides!

After visiting 5-6 other bridal salons in the DFW area with less than stellar results, I was overwhelmed by the absolutely amazing service and selection at Bridal Designs from the very minute I walked in the door! I purchased my wedding dress and went back with all of my bridesmaids so that they too could have as wonderful an experience as I did. The dresses all arrived in store earlier than promised. We loved our dresses and experience at Bridal Designs! Their in-house alteration was excellent and convenient. Thank you for the wonderful bridal experience!

I bought everything I needed from this beautiful boutique. My dress, it was like it was made just for me. I even picked out the bridesmaid dresses from there and they were beautiful. Although you can get the bridesmaid dresses at other locations, I chose to order them from Bridal Designs because all the ladies there were a pleasure to work with.

What can say about the selection and quality customer service we received at Bridal Designs - FABULOUS!!!! They have such a variety of selection and dresses you do not see at other shops. Honesty prevails with all staff as well as manager. We purchased my daughter's bridal dress, bridesmaids dresses, and mother's dresses and were very pleased with everything. They provide the extra special TLC!

AMAZING!! I can't even put into words how wonderful this place was. I went to two other stores prior to Bridal Designs. I was very discouraged and not feeling the whole "trying on dresses" day. When we got to Bridal Designs my mood immediately changed. They were welcoming and friendly. They got me out of my funk. The dresses were top quality and reasonably priced. The customer service was OUTSTANDING! Sharon knew exactly what dresses to pick for me. I didn't even give her much to go on and "the one" was the first dress she showed me. She stayed within my budget. She was very reasonable and extremely personable. I felt like she genuinely cared about me. Great place! I would highly recommend it to everyone.

Bridal Designs was the perfect place to dress shop! They make me feel special and do an outstanding job picking out dresses fit my big day! They gave me pins to select dresses first, then listened and found the one for me. Sharon was professional and SO helpful. She was honest about what looked good, what did not and what shapes flattered my figure the most. I would highly recommend Bridal Designs to anyone just starting out, or even to a bride like myself who has tried on many before! They have a GREAT selection of dresses and reasonable prices I have not seen anywhere else.

WHAT A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. The mgr Sharon is a liar watch out for her. What she says and what she does is not the same thing. She said she needed my card to authorize approval but would not charge till I saw the invoice. I saw the invoice did not approve the over charges for shipping, we were charged $1900 for a $1300 dress. I wasn't in town so she had to fax the invoice to me. This was on Saturday evening. She said she couldn't order the dress till I signed the charge authorization she faxed me. Once I saw the over charges for shipping I would not sign. We called back Sunday when they opened and told them I did not approve the invoice and was not going to sign the charge authorization. The salesperson said that would be ok. Fifteen minutes later Sharon called and said that she went ahead and ordered the dress anyway, and there was nothing we could do about it. She said that her sales person spent way to much time with my daughter to not get the sale. She then said how classless us Americans are. I think us Americans need to put her out of business. DO YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE. I'M WARNING YOU! FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO BUY A DRESS! IT'S TO IMPORTANT OF A DAY TO HAVE TO GO THROUGH THAT.

I bought my bridesmaids dresses at Bridal Designs in Southlake. Aside from the variety of merchandise that they have, the customer service what exceptional. Sharon was very helpful and have made the whole experience just enjoyable.I have been very busy with my schedule but she made all the transactions so simple that I was able to maximize my time during the narrowing down process. She even did a bunch of research for me to help me with my choices. I have already bought my wedding dress at the time I checked out the store but have I known that they can do custom made dresses, I would not have had any second thoughts to get it done there. Everything came even ahead of the time promised and they always follow through with their word.This place is definitely worth checking !!!

Great selection with wonderful customer service. My daughter wanted something she considered to be stiking and that is exactly what Sharon and her staff helped her put together. The dress arrived as promised. The alterations were completed on schedule as well. It was refreshing to work with bridal consultants that were up beat, creative and professional in every aspect. A great experinece for both Mom and daughter!

Bridal Designs was exactly what I was looking for. It has the dresses you would find at a small boutique for the prices you would see at a large 'cookie cutter' bridal chain.

Also, Sharon and Carol were so easy to work with. I would definitely recommend this store to all Brides-To-Be!

I was orginally excited about this place, and when I arrived the sales person was friendly. Although the sales person was friendly she seemed very unknowledgable and confused. I didn't think the selection of dresses was great but I was able to find a dress that I loved. I went into the store in Jan. and needed my dress by May. They said it wouldnt be a problem and charged me $100.00 to expedite it. I received a call a few weeks later to tell me that the dress hadnt been ordered and because of the Chinese New Year. They said they had another dress coming in but it was a larger size. I ask to speak to the manger/owner but no one called back except another sales lady who had excuse after excuse about why they hadnt ordered my dress. I havent received the dress now and I am hesitant that I ever will. Overall, it has just been a bad experience and I dont want anyone else to have to go though this confusion and stress before their wedding day when there are so many other places to purchase a dress.

I LOVE Bridal Designs! I had an amazing experience there and have told all of my friends to look there for any dress needs! My wedding dress is amazing! I will be getting married this November 2010. I actually just picked it up today. Their selection is fantastic. There are so many amazing choices! The service is great; Sharon and Carol were so wonderful to work with. I will not let my friends shop anywhere else!

I was very satisfied with Bridal Designs. I got a wonderful consultant and had plenty to choose from without breaking the bank. In fact, I'm going back today for my first try on of my dress and am very excited!!

I would recommend Bridal Designs to anyone looking for a wedding dress or bridesmaid dress. My experience with them has been fantastic to say the least. I got my wedding dress from them, and they were so helpful in helping me find the perfect dress. Then, I went there to get my bridesmaid dresses and after I found them and had ordered one, they called me and told me they were being discontinued soon. They helped me get all of my bridesmaids ordered and in the system before the dress got discontinued and I got my bridesmaid dresses! When my cousin got engaged, I told her to go here as well and she also had a very positive experience.

My daughter found the perfect dress after looking for several months. Sharon was very helpful during our first appointment and then after the sale. The dress came in earlier than promised and exactly as ordered. The only thing we had to have done after it came in was to have it bustled. We were from Oklahoma and wanted to have that done locally and Sharon was helpful in suggesting how to have the bustle done.

I just purchased my beautiful wedding dress from Bridal Designs. The staff are patient, not pushy to make a sale, and personal. They remember me when I've called, and when I've walked through the door, which is nice. I've been to dress shops all over DFW searching for "the one" and Bridal Designs was able to find me the dress, and get it custom ordered to be delivered in time. They are just as good as any other quality dress shop I visited. I would definitely recommend you go for yourself and see that they are professional to their customers and have a beautiful selection of gowns. I never felt rushed during my times trying on dresses, even when there were other customers. The staff helped me until I was finished trying on the dresses I wanted to.

Tips I would give other customers:
- Go during the week days, before 5PM, when most people are at work, you will get the most attention, if that's what you want.
- If you know things you want, be sure to communicate what style you like. They can help point you in the right direction.
- They are there to help you find the dress you will be happy with. They won't sales pressure you into a purchase.
-Expect to find beautiful dresses, and helpful staff.

I had a good experience, and I hope that everyone else will as well. Treat others as you would want to be treated, it's amazing the difference it can make in your world and in others.

This bridal salon does have a huge selection, but almost all the dress were a size 12. Also, they have the most rules of any other bridal salon I have been to. No Pictures, No more the 6 dresses to try on, No longer than 90 minute sessions, etc. Plus the rows to pick out dresses were so tiny, only one person could be on them at a time. All in all, it wasn't a horrible experience, but its not very personal and they want a large turnover of brides in the store.

After trying on 30+ bridal gowns, my mom and I went to Bridal Designs. I found the perfect dress custom-made for their store. Throughout the "dress" experience, the bridal consultants were very personable and friendly, with great ideas and opinions. What struck me the most is that my consultant knew exactly who I was each time I walked into the store and recognized my voice on the phone each time I called--not something you will get at a warehouse-type bridal store. Also, there was never any waiting for a dressing room, as Bridal Designs carefully plans fitting times so that you don't feel upstaged by other brides bustling about. Also great discounts on wedding party dresses/tuxes/accessories, and a large selection of buy-now/take-home-today bridal gowns.

I had a very nice experience at Bridal Designs. I had read both the positive and negative reviews before visiting the store so I would know what to expect. I found all of the employees personable, but not gushy. If you're looking for someone to gawk over your bridal beauty or sell you on a dress-go elsewhere. If you are looking for a wide selection, honest opinions, patient employees and owner, this might be the place for you. I bought my dress, but did not have it altered-it didn't need altering. It came in on time and in the right size. I am very pleased with my experience and would recommend it to anyone looking for a bridal gown.

I had a wonderful experience finding, buying and altering my wedding dress at Bridal Designs. I ordered my veil and gown there and both arrived early and were exactly what I ordered. The staff was very nice and remembered me each time I went in. I would advise anyone to go there.

Wow, I'm really glad I didn't read the previous reviews of this place BEFORE I went there because I probably wouldn't have gone according to these other reviewers. Thankfully I did go to Bridal Designs, though, and I've had nothing but a great experience with it. I tried on dresses at David's Bridal first and there's just no comparison to the quality of the dresses at Bridal Designs. There were SO many gowns that were gorgeous and it took me so long to even narrow it down. Then, to my surprise, the dress I chose was even cheaper than the one I was looking at at David's! It was great. Sharon was the girl that helped me and she was WONDERFUL! She laced me up about a million times and was so patient with me through the whole thing. I took longer than my alotted time but she never said anything and just kept being very helpful. I tried on a size 12 which was way too big but they clipped it to be smaller for me. After measurements, Sharon ordered me a size 8 Christina Wu gown (even though I'm usually a size 6). But when the dress came in, it fit great! I went in for my first alterations appointment and Sharon listened to my every wish and pinned the dress accordingly. I also had some bra sizing issues that she helped me with. I will be going back tomorrow for my final fitting to see if the alterations are to my liking and hopefully be taking my dress home :) I ordered my tiara, veil, dress and petticoat there and I'm happy with all of them. The dress came in earlier than expected and the first alteration took less than 2 weeks. I have been VERY happy with my entire experience at Bridal Designs and really have no complaints. I would recommend them to anyone!

I ordered my bridesmaid dresses from this store. They came in on time. However, I did have questions about the sizing and so I brought my bridesmaids to the store to try them on in front of the staff. The staff there, in my opinion are not the most professional. One of the ladies stopped my maid of honor and looked at her wedding ring and said, "Look at that big ring!" "Do you know how many carats that is? Or how much that diamond cost?" I thought that was in poor taste. Especially, when I am the customer and a newly engaged bride to be, you don't want people ogling your friends ring in front of you! It may sound bridezilla-ish of me, I know, but thats how I felt. My maid of honor simply said, "I don't know and I don't care." I did have a bad review posted on here due to the sizing of the dresses when they arrived, and the store contacted me and asked me to remove it since the sizing situation of the dresses was resolved. The situation was not resolved by the store, but by me simply not pushing the issue further. The dresses were about 2 sizes too big. I have been a bridesmaid 7 times and know that when you order a dress it always comes in much bigger to allow for alterations. I am not going to remove the review altogether, but I did update it to "satisfactory". I would probably not use this store again for future bridal needs.

All I can say is wow. I was walking past the store and saw a dress in the window and knew that was the one for me. The prices were better than anywhere and they have a huge selection. What is even better is that they carry the same dress in a lot of styles. I did not have it fitted there so I can't say anything about that. The girl that helped me was rude but she might have been having a bad day. I put up with it because I fell in love with the dress and knew I could have it fitted somewhere else.
