Ted's is a very reputable shop that takes care of its customers. They have repaired at least 5 vehicles for me over the years and have never failed yet.

The mechanics do a thorough check of your vehicle and give you the facts. They even discuss repair options with you and try to save the vehicle owner money when possible.

The repair work is done quickly and I have never had to take anything back to them because it wasn't fixed right the first time.

Nice to have a reliable mechanic I can count on!

We take both of our cars to Ted's and have used them for over 2 years now. They do great work for a reasonable price. I know I'm not getting ripped off when I go to Ted with a car problem.

This is a small family owned shop and they work with integrity. They do good work for a fair price. Their estimates are very accurate and we have had no surprises from them. We recommend them to our friends, too.

Owners Ted and son, Gary, will assess your problem and present an honest estimate for repairs. They do not pad the price. They perform work quickly. They have experienced, certified mechanics on duty at all times. Ladies, you can drop in for lube, oil and filter and they will take the time to do it while you wait and you'll be on your way. Take the Plano Road exit off 635 going south and there it is on the LEFT side of the road.

Ted and Gary have been taking care of our cars for years. They do a professional job and are always courteous and hard working. They make sure the job is done right.
It is great to see a father and son team work together like this. By the way, they are also great fishermen. If you don't believe me, go by their shop and see the pictures.

Just discovered this auto repair shop near Lake Highlands in NE Dallas (around Plano RD @ LBJ). The owners - Ted and son Gary (if memory serves) are very fair and seem to know their stuff. They have been here for a long time and we will be repeat customers. They have worked on our Toyota van and our son's Honda and Grand Prix. Great folks, good prices.
