Renwick Dental

Dr. Renwick is just great. Friendly, informative and helpfull. I had her for seveal years and I wish I did now. She does not accept my current insurance. Jaime was fine, no issues. Care was alway top notch, no pain, great care. Once they over charged me for a procedure and I didn't know about it. When I came back the next time they explained what happened and credit the overage back to my account.

I am sorry to hear that two people didn't think that Jaime was very nice. I strongly disagree with their opinions. The entire office staff is very nice, very professional and personal. It is a great enviroment and I would recommend them to any person. I was sad to hear that they will no longer accept my health insurance because I didn't want to go anywhere else for my children and myself. Now that I just started a new job, with another health insurance, I will definitely call to schedule an appointment. In my opinion, this is the best dental office I've even been to.

I've been going to Dr. Renwick since 2002 before she had her own practice. I loved her gentle and kind way of making me comfortable and relaxed. I actually prefer to get no-va-cane from her than the ultrasonic cleaner during my cleaning. Jamie is a very down to earth person and treats my family as friends. Dr. Renwick is truly the best dentist I've been too in my 40 years of dental visit. Her staff are the best, going to her practice is like visiting family. The kids playroom at the back is an added touch. The technology she has there is the latest with all my records digitally kept and can be brought up from any room I'm in. It's sometime hard to get an appt but you know what, it's Sooo worth the wait. I have her put me on a on call list in case someone cancels appt and that have worked out wonderful. I travel the 30 min drive each way to her office and think nothing of it because it's not an experience to dread but to look forward to. I Highly recommend her practice to any and every one.

I have been a patient of Dr. Renwick since 2004 and I have always been impressed by the efficiency of her office and dental treatment. She is truly a credit to the dental profession. Her diagnosis was right on target and I was able to have my issues taken care of safely and without pain! The rest of my family also sees Dr. Renwick and my kids are actually happy to visit her office!! She is great with children and we are blessed to have her as our dentist. Of course I would recommend her office to everyone. Her assistant, front desk and hygienist are all caring and kind people who are great at giving comfort to their patients and taking care of any problems that arise.

Having lived in 6 states and 12 cities, I can uncategorically say that Dr Renwick and her staff are the best dentists office we have encountered. After interviewing 7 dental offices in the Round Rock area, we decided on Renwick Dental because they were the most informed as well as the most honest about what needed to be done. After the first visit, we were "hooked". Their care was unparalleled and most surprisingly their prices were below what we had expected. They were great with our child, a small feat in itself, and with my husband. I would recommend them to any of our friends or family without hesitation.

I think that Jaime must have been misunderstood by the people who wrote the two reviews saying that they were chastised. Jaime takes what she does seriously and cares deeply about her patients, their teeth, and their comfort. She has always been wonderful with me and my four children. It is the only dentists office where we all look forward to going. Michelle at the front desk is very friendly, organized, and receptive. We love Dr. Renwick. She is gentle and thorough. Jaime has given us some of the best cleanings we have had. She is funny and we love to hear stories about her son that she tells while cleaning our teeth.
We had visited many dentists before finding Dr. Renwick.
They made us feel important. We were not just treated like another patient we were treated like friends. If you want a dentist who only considers your teeth- then this is not the place. This is a place that considers your teeth but also considers your comfort and wants you to understand what is going on through the whole process.

I had the same experience as the previous poster. I like the dentist and teh location, but I felt almost berated by the hygenist. A dentist visit is uncomfortable enough without being chastised by the hygenist!

Dr. Renwick herself was very nice and was great during my visit. It was her hygienist, Jaime, that was very disrespectful and I felt very uncomfortable with her. She spoke to me in a very condescending way and made me feel like I should be shameful for not taking better care of my gums and that I was a five year old! After seeing Jaime, I knew I wasn't going to go back to this office. Which is a shame because Dr. Renwick and the rest of her staff were very pleasant to work with. I switched over to another dental office in the area and am much happier.
