Firestone Tire & Auto Ctr

I went to Firestore Cnt. on Marsh Lane/Forest. They were absolutely wonderful! I am a single female, and have no clue about flat tires, new tires etc. They were extremely helpful, I applied for credit card and will be using it at this location. They go over and beyond to take care of customers. The manager, is extremely courteous and listens to whatever your problem with your car may be, he is there to help you! I highly recommend this place to anyone, I will continue to do business with them!!

I had a flat and this was the closest place I could find. They were very helpful and found a tire to fit my vehicle, without making me feel overcharged/taken advantage of.

I took my car to Firestone because the brakes kept slipping. I don't trust mechanics much, but the technician told me it only need new brake shoes instead of trying to sell me the farm. I didn't have much money, so he advised me to get someone to buy cheap brake shoes at Auto Zone and put them on for me. That surprised the heck out of me. Good guy, he made my day.

Who enjoys taking your in for repair? At this Firestone location, a "helpless" woman driver who despises car repairs can feel confident you're being taken care of honestly and without double-talk. I don't stop at tire issues...I ask Firestone to help me with all my car repair, inspection and other needs.

PROS: Comfortable area to wait if you must! Friendly and reliable.
